Great holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a holiday. We loved sitting in the garden and cooling off in the pool at the end of a hot day. Franck was helpful and friendly. Excellent!

Excellent stay

The villa is lovely, modern, clean and quiet. Franck was supper helpful very friendly and walked us through the villa on arrival. Nearest supermarket is 5-10 mins stroll away through the park, as is the tram stop. Garden is private and sunny as the is pool. We had an excellent stay.

Great stay at this nice villa in a quiet area

Heartfelt welcome by Franck in his newly renovated, well-equipped villa. The house is in a quite residential neighbourhood and has a fantastic outdoor space with pool and barbecue. Main downtown Nice area with many restaurants and shops is not far, 40 minutes walk or easily accessible by public transport (bus or tram). We had a car, which we parked at the villa. Had a great stay!

Charming Villa

This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.

Perfekte Lage für einen Nizza-Aufenthalt!👍😃

Problemloses einchecken, die perfekte Lage des Hauses und die ruhige Umgebung machen den Urlaub hier zum Genuss. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ebenso ein Bäcker und kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten mit Pool und Outdoorküche runden den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Jederzeit würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen! Und die Kommunikation mit dem Unterkunftgeber funktioniert problemlos, meine Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Herzlichen Dank lieber Franck!

Perfekter Urlaub, schönes Ferienhaus

Franck ist ein toller Gastgeber, er hat uns sogar persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Kommunikation war schnell und angenehm. Das Haus ist schön modern eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Der saubere Pool neben dem Haus brachte an den heißen Tagen die notwendige Abkühlung. Zwei Bäder fanden wir sehr gut und auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten um das Haus. Wäsche waschen im Urlaub, auch kein Problem. Wir würden gerne wieder hierher zurückkehren.

Einfach traumhaft

Großartige Villa mitten in Nizza mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles lief unproblematisch und wir konnten einen wunderbaren Urlaub genießen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
