Welcome to Virginia Beach Oceanfront! We are located less than a mile to the Beach, Convention Center & Boardwalk. This spacious townhouse has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms. There is parking on site spacious enough to accommodate 2 vehicles. We are located minutes from oceanfront, 20 minutes from Amphitheater, 25 minutes from Downtown Norfolk, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens. The oceanfront resort area has great dining, attractions, & concerts. Vacation like a local!

Virginia Beach Stay Visiting Our Son

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO! The unit was recently renovated and was very clean. It's a short distance from the beach which was perfect. We found it to be a very relaxing space to hang out after a day at the beach and really enjoyed the patio! The host was very responsive and would stay again for sure.

Pleasantly surprised

The home was located is a great location and within walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood around the home felt safe for our evening walks. The home had a well stocked kitchen and the patio was very private and comfortable. Lots of surface areas for all our stuff too.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, place was very clean and both living space and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The little back patio was a treat for extra hang out space. Host was very responsive when we had a question at check in. The interior pictures accurately reflected the spaces. The exterior was a bit disappointing, but we were relieved the interior was as advertised. The neighborhood seemed completely safe and we didn’t have any concerns. Great stay.

Great week

I spent a wonderful week in the house. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was available if anything was missing. The house is 20 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet area. Would go back anytime.

This is a nice little townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We had a great trip aside from some bad weather. Would stay here again and would recommend this place. Check in was easy the place was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home!

The location and size of townhouse was nice. The grill needs replacing , it’s a bit rusty. The decor is nice and welcoming. The patio is the best feature, especially in the evening watching the keys above!!!👍🏽. I will definitely stay here again.

There was dehumidifier that needed emptied at least 2 times a day that we were not made aware of that. Host didn’t respond as quickly as mentioned. Overall it was good vacation!

Amazing VB getaway. Will be back!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It really felt like home instantly. I can’t wait to plan our next trip. The only problem we had was we wish we booked a longer stay. It is in a perfect location. 20 minutes if you wanted to walk to the beach, we opted to drive as it was during a major heatwave and had no issues finding parking every day. $2 per hr at the metered parking which was reasonable. It is also very close to all the stores and amenities you would need. We visited Williamsburg one day, played mini putt and top golf, and enjoyed dinner at Chix. Speaking of the heatwave, we were pleasantly surprised to walk into the unit when we checked in and find the AC blasting. Lovely surprise because we were super hot and most places are very stingy with their AC and you walk into a boiling hot room. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used was a cutting board and mixing bowl. Everything else was there that you could need. Even some stuff for kids.

Belle semaine à Virginia Beach / Great Week

This is very nice house in a quiet street. A 3 min drive to the ocean . Close to grocery store and everything you need. It’s a nice house to stay for your beach vacation. The owner put in the binder everything you need to know for the beach ( parking , restorante etc ). Belle maison à 3 minutes de la plage pour un séjour tranquil à Virginia Beach . Proche d une épicerie et autres commerces . Il faut lire les informations donnés par la propriétaire dans le cartable afin de faciliter votre séjour à la plage ( parking , resto et choses à faire ).

Sweet beach spot

We had a great time staying in Virginia Beach- this rental was perfect. Great location, great beach vibe, had everything we needed, clean, and convenient. Host was so great to check on us to see if we needed anything! Would definitely want to stay at this spot again on any return visit to the area.

Virginia Beach trip

great overall place to stay. Clean and cozy. would definitely stay again. However.....there was an issue when we checked in with dishes being left in dishwasher from last guest. Notified property owner via message on VRBO. Never got a response back . Also no trashcans in the bathrooms, which I thought was odd. And don't plan to use the grill.....it's wobbly and rusted.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is very close to the beach and whale-watching excursion. There was a slight mixup at check-in which was quickly solved by Carrie. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable.

For VB, Outstanding Property

In just about all aspects, VB seems more pricey than others vacations destination we have experienced. That being said, this property has to be one of the best values in the VB area. Carrie made this an exceptional experience for our 41 Wedding Anniversary. If there are ANY questions, comments, or concern, she communicates literally in minutes, if not seconds. She lives close by so if there is a problem ( We were a little needy) she is at your door, sometimes with goodies. Carrie gave exceptional advice on eateries, events, parking, beaches, Smart Mouth and Presidenta Beer. When the electricity went off on the block she sent a friend over to check on us. It is these little things that add up to huge things that made this vacation one of our very best in 41 years. Sincere caring people make a difference.
