Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom lake front house on the west side of Mohican Lake. Bedrooms sleep 6 but has 2 futons in Livingroom. Enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise. In the evening, enjoy the sunset from the lake. Extra large open grass yard with XL private dock, one of the largest docks on the lake. Relax at night by the fire pit and watch the stars over the lake. Lake accommodates motorized boats or enjoy Kayaks and fishing during the no wake/quiet hours from 7pm to 11am. A great weekend getaway for the whole family.

Summer at the lake

This is our second year spending 2 weeks as a family of 4 in this great property. Cute house, great dock with lake access. Cant wait to visit again next summer!

The inside is nice.

The inside is nice. The grass wasn't cut. There were broken strings of outdoor lights lying on the ground. The microwave was filthy and unusable. The gas tank on the grill was empty.

Beautiful spot on Mohican Lake

We very much enjoyed staying at the cabin and it was on a very nice piece of property on the lake. We have been going to this lake for over 40 years and we were fortunate enough to have a spot to launch our boat and to take it out. My niece was getting married and her house was quite busy with guests so we could not stay there. If we did not have a spot to launch our boat, there is no launch available to you. That’s something to know. It’s not an issue unless you plan on bringing a motorboat. The association is very strict with their rules for this lake and do not want outsiders coming and launching their boats. This is not communicated in the listing. The way it’s written, you would think that if you bring a boat to this beautiful dock, which it is absolutely gorgeous, you would have a way to put your boat on the lake. If the property we launch from is sold, unfortunately, we won’t be back because our purpose of renting is to enjoy our motorboat. The cabin itself has been renovated and is very cute. You need to bring absolutely nothing. It is very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. Communication with Susie is excellent. Check in process was a breeze. If you’re looking for a little getaway, on a beautiful lake, in a cute cabin,then definitely this is your go to.

Cozy Lake House

Had grown up on Mohican Lake, back home for a family reunion. knew the house from years ago, but WOW everything new & so nicely done. Hope we will get to stay there again. Owner couldn’t be nicer.

Gorgeous property !!!

We normally spend less on our rentals but this was too perfect to pass up. Our family needed lodging to attend a graduation party in the area. All I wanted was water and we received so much more. I choose the bedroom with the view and saw the sun come up every morning. It was clean and organized and truly a gift. My teenagers loved it. We hope to rent again next year. Too wonderful to say. Great job !

Beautiful spot!

We enjoyed our visit to Mochican Lake. The rental lived up to the listing. The location is close to Bethel Woods and we attend concerts their two of the nights, quick ride home! The lake is enjoyable to swim and I used the kyaks on two mornings and was the only one on the lake, what a beautiful experience. The home is clean and well equipped. The best hand can opener we have used by far!. There is also a great selection of board games.

Small, clean & adorable house right on the lake!

My grown children and myself had an enjoyable week at Susie's house in Glen Spey. The house had everything you could need. Tons of towels and games of all kinds. The only complaint is that the 2 small bedrooms have no where to put your clothes - no dresser or closet. They are very small rooms and without a place to put your clothes it can get very messy. Maybe they could put up some shelves and hooks?? The back bedroom with the windows is a beautiful room, even without a closet. I loved sleeping there. The weather was good and we used the kayaks that are provided. All in all we had a great week!

Great choice!

We like the house and the lake. Clean, comfortable, inviting and a wonderful location. We had everything we need during our vacation. We all had a terrific stay here and would gladly do it again.

Amazing lakehouse weekend w family

Had perfect weather to enjoy the lake: swimming, kayaking, watching the full moon appear over the lake. Enjoyed the fire pit at night playing games around the fire. Would definitely recommend.
