Disliked: Amenities, communication
They took city tax twice. When we booked via Orbitz we paid city tax which is clearly shows the expenses. We sent the image to Sweet inn but they took city tax again. We emailed them about 12 times sent the documents including the payment for city tax, but still they took it!!!!!!
