La Tour du Fauconnier, a genuine Périgord home, is independent, cosy and comfortable.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, a large armchair, a 46-inch (117 cm) LED TV, a teak dining table with 4 chairs and a large French window opening onto the private terrace, a spacious, modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, private washing machine and a large fridge-freezer.
A toilet is also available on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor, you'll find an air-conditioned double bedroom (2 beds 90x200, which can be twinned to form a king-size bed on request), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, private separate toilet, and a large closet with plenty of storage space.

On the second floor, a second air-conditioned double bedroom (2 beds 90x200, can be twinned into a King Size bed on request), a private bathroom with Italian shower, private separate WC, a large cupboard with plenty of storage space.

The private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, table and 4 armchairs, parasol and barbecue, will enable you to spend pleasant moments relaxing while enjoying a magnificent view over the valley.

The Domaine des Grands Bois features a panoramic, salted, heated (May to September), gated swimming pool (6mx12m). The pool area, equipped with deckchairs and parasols, is shared with the occupants of the Domaine's two other gites.

The Domaine des Grands Bois offers a rare and remarkable 120m2 reception room, available from April to October, free of charge and at no extra charge, on simple request and reservation.
