We stay in a lot of VRBOs, and this is in the top 10% of them for sure. Clean, well appointed, terrific hosts, and beach gear! They have boogie boards and snorkeling gear, both is of which I used and enjoyed. The place was quiet and serene, with an awesome deck to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on.

The condo was well equipped with a washer and dryer, a nice lanai, necessary beach supplies; chairs, cooler, towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts at the facility. We enjoyed a great snorkel beach apx. 1 1/2 miles south. Enjoyed an ATV ride with aloha adventures close by. We also enjoyed shaka tacos a little to the north in a nice shopping area. The owners were very pleasant and responsive.

Very clean, close to a nice beach, well stocked with lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent. The lanai had a nice view and was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed four nights in this condo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property has safe parking space, quiet garden, a spacious balcony, and beautiful views of both the ocean and the mountains.It is conveniently located near several excellent snorkeling beaches, which made it perfect for our trip. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoyed watching the calm ocean—it was incredibly peaceful.The manager is so friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

This unit at White Sands Village is the nicest we have stayed in on this property. It is well maintained, everything works, towels and linens are fresh. The communication with the host was outstanding. The condo was clean and well stocked , with clean sheets , blankets & pillows . The pool was relaxing and the pickle ball court was amazing. The condo was excellent for our family of 4. The pool was a great addition, a short walk away. Excellent place to meet our extended family members staying in other suites of the condo. The 3 bbq grills were available for cooking meals together while the kids swam. The condo had many options for snorkels, umbrellas, beach towels and boogie boards available. The hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for family and friends

This property was amazing. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. Right across the street from the beach. Close to shopping and great snorkeling. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

Good location on Ali'i drive. Host helpful and quickly available on any questions. Great to have A/C and laundry in unit. Beach stuff appreciated. Nice quality of furniture and finishings inside and out.

We are so happy to have our own condo as an oasis, and to introduce others to this wonderful spot! We have been visiting Kona since our Honeymoon years ago. We love the Island and the Aloha spirit in this wonderful community and are excited to share it with others. When we rented at White Sands Village for the 1st time, we immediately felt at home. Such a fabulous property! Safe, near shopping, close to town, and just across the street from a beautiful beach, the most accessible, fun beach volleyball in the area, great boogie boarding waves, and a restaurant w/ a bar, plus a day-time beach-shack! We were thrilled when this unit came open! We particularly enjoy its location towards the back, for its privacy and nature-filled surroundings. It is one of the most prized units at the complex, for those of us that want a true "get-away". After using VRBO for years, both personally, and for annual family gatherings from different states, we knew it would be an easy, straightforward, and reliable way for our guests to make travel arrangements!

Keauhou truly has it all — and the location of our condo is one of its best features.

Right across the street is the beloved **Magic Sands Beach** (also known as La'aloa Beach), with its volleyball court, and the laid-back **Magic's Beach Grill** for food, drinks, and that quintessential beachside vibe. Just next door is **Pahoehoe Beach Park** — a quiet, shady, grassy retreat that's perfect for a peaceful afternoon — with **bike rentals** conveniently nearby to explore the coastline at your own pace.

For snorkeling lovers, **Kahalu'u Beach Park** — one of the two best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island — is less than a 5-minute drive away, with incredible sea turtles and reef fish just steps from shore.

When you're ready to venture out further, everything you need is within easy reach:
- 🛍️ Shopping, a cinema, pharmacy, and great restaurants — all within **10 minutes**
- ⛳ **Kona Country Club** and golf — less than **10 minutes away**

We chose Keauhou because it strikes the perfect balance: you're close enough to everything to be convenient, yet tucked into a **relaxed, residential neighborhood** that feels a world away from the busier parts of town. It's the kind of place where you can be as active or as restful as you want — and we love that about it.

What sets our condo apart is the rare combination of privacy, tranquility, and thoughtful amenities in one of Keauhou’s most desirable locations.

Unlike many units, ours is tucked away from the noise of the main road, pool area, BBQ gatherings, and beach activity — surrounded instead by lush, tropical landscaping that creates a peaceful retreat with gorgeous partial ocean and garden views. The lanai is perfect for outdoor dining while soaking in the scenery, and the living area brings that same view indoors.

We go the extra mile on beach gear — umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, and snorkeling equipment for the whole family, so you can pack light and play more.

Our fully stocked kitchen goes well beyond the basics, because we know that cooking your own meals is often part of the vacation experience. Whether you’re grilling fresh catch or blending morning smoothies, you’ll have what you need.

This is a strictly non-smoking property with quiet hours from 10pm–8am — a standard we uphold because, having stayed in other units at this complex ourselves, we know how much guests value rest and privacy after full days of snorkeling, pickleball, tennis, exploring the island, or simply soaking up the sun.
