Naples has been our vacation town for over 50 years. We have stayed in many wonderful places but i can tell you this home has it all!! Chuck has thought of everything you could possibly need. He is an incredible host. Our family made great memories here. We all loved it! This is the best!

A perfect place to land as we took our son to college. A clean and spacious house with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach. The house is also very convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities.

Incredible location—just a short 15 minute walk to the beach—and a perfect home base for a week exploring Naples and the surrounding area. The house is thoughtfully equipped with bikes, board games, beach chairs, and more, making it a truly turnkey and enjoyable stay.

This VRBO was excellent. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It was nice to have all the gear to bring to the beach - towels, chairs, etc. The owner/host checked in to make sure everything was great. The pool area was very nice. We would definitely recommend this spacious home in a great location.

Wonderful place to stay!! Excellent communication w the property manger checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is very spacious for homes in that area & well stocked. Plenty of crisp, clean white sheets, blankets, and towels. Nice heated pool. Great area, road bikes everywhere, we will definitely be back!!

House was an easy bike ride to beach. Host was amazing to work with. Kids love the pool & table tennis in garage. More than comfortable for a family of 4 had room for many more guests. Hoping to book again for fall break.

This is a great property in Naples Park. Well maintained, updated and clean with close access to the beach in the desirable 500 block of Naples Park. The house has plenty of bikes, chairs, beach towels and pool floats for the guests. The kitchen was also well stocked. The host was accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Exactly as pictured, this property was clean, spacious and perfect for our family! The large, heated pool and outdoor shower were wonderful! The beds very comfortable and clean! And the property manager Betsy was very responsive to any needs. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for work trip to Naples

We had a great couple weeks in Naples. The house was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean with super fast internet which was great since it was a working vacation. The pool was fabulous. Would highly recommend. This host thought of everything.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was well equipped with what we needed. Very large flatscreen tv in common room with an extra tv in every bedroom. The game area had tons of great options for our family including our favorite board and card games. The garage had chairs, nice fishing rods, and bikes… nice touches for us to use because we flew to FL and couldn't bring much. The house also had a State Park pass that we used to visit the awesome beach nearby.

Enjoyable stay for a great value!

The house is very comfortable and well equipped: - kitchen + dining table + living room form cozy front area where most of in-house activity was pleasantly spent; - comfortable beds, sheets pillows; - large good quality beach towels; - bathrooms are clean and well maintained; - pool adequate for a full family dip and kids splashing fun - liked modern powerful washer and dryer doing job fast - all beach stuff: chairs, umbrellas, carts, toys, etc. - bicycles are nice (although we did not use them) Chuck is very responsive and goes extra mile to make sure the stay is pleasant. Highly recommend this property for its high quality/value ratio.

Fantastic property

Great house in a perfect location. House equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation week. Rode the bikes to Vanderbilt beach, swam in the pool, had meals at home. It’s a perfect location, close to the state park as well. (Delnor Wiggins) The property manager was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing stay in Naples!

This house is one of those rare listings that is even better in person! It’s an adorable, beach-themed home that was spotless, with a great pool. We stayed with our 18 month old and it had everything we needed for him. Chuck and Betsy were a breeze to work with, they responded promptly and were very nice. It was an easy drive to the beach. We rarely stay twice in a house because we like to try different places, but we are already thinking about when we can come back!

Our stay was perfect! The house has an open layout with plenty of space for hanging out. Take advantage of the bikes provided! The ride to the beach is easy, but there is ample parking if you choose to drive. The house has a mini ping pong table which we set up in the garage and played for hours at night. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and the grill worked great. We enjoyed floating in the pool later in the day after being at the beach. No issues with the heater during our December stay. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this was by far the most intentionally stocked and arranged. Lots of little details that made our time away from home comfortable and easy! We planned a family vacation near the beach and stayed in this beautiful home! This home is exactly as advertised… You will not be disappointed. We used the bicycles to ride to the beach, which is located in the Delanor Wiggins State Park, about a mile away. The host provides the state park pass…which is a bonus! There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, and a large cooler, which makes a day at the beach perfect!If you drive to the beach, go early to find a parking space. Our grandkids had fun playing the many games that were available,corn hole, and using the pool. The kitchen is well equipped, they even had an air fryer and a blender! There were basic condiments as in olive oil, salt and pepper, a few other spices … coffee, too. The beds were very comfortable! The entire house was comfortable, actually it felt like it was a very own home. The host was very responsive to our needs and very accommodating. We would definitely rent this place again!

Absolutely delightful house. This house is thought out to the last detail. Every room is made with love and design. Everything is in the form of a vacation. The kitchen has everything necessary equipment. We cooked delicious food, at home. The pool is amazing. This beautiful house has a pool with its own yard. Very, very helpful in the heat of the summer in Florida. We had a great time there. I highly recommend the beach in Vanderbilt Beach. We tried different beaches, this one is the best. Everything is very convenient, close. And there are a lot of things you can do and the most important thing is the peace and comfort. In this house we were very comfortable with the whole family. The children were all comfortable enough and the most important thing is it's very clean. Very high-quality materials and towels. There are a lot of towels. You could do laundry, dry clothes. It has a room for relaxation, everything was wonderful. The owner was very attentive. He allowed us to check in early, check out late. In return, it was very pleasant when we arrived, to receive delicious chips with salsa. I tried them for the first time, also thanks for the Naples soap, for everything. Everything was just wonderful. Thank you, we will definitely come back, I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our vacation and it has everything. It's the ideal home for family trips. Location is great, near beaches, shopping, attractions, and really all of SW Florida. The house is beautifully updated and we absolutely loved the pool and bikes! My 3 grandaughters aged 2 to 15 were never once bored Highly recommend!

Great experience, great place

Liked everything and especially: modern appointments, all like new, easy to walk or bike to beaches, exceptional gunite 6 foot deep pool, very good house bikes, quiet neighborhood and friendly next door neighbors. Top notch all around.
