Mango in Paradise at Village Walk is a newly redecorated 3-bedroom luxury townhome with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) that are just steps from the front door. The true elegance of pure Beach fun is sure to make this vacation getaway one to remember. Five Star furnishings and all of the comforts of home here in Port Aransas. Downstairs offers a Texas-size open living area, seating with a couch that also has a sleeper sofa, an accent chair, and a large flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to try out your culinary skills. There is seating for 4 at the bar for those who want to partake in tasting while you cook. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table with 1 bench and 5 chairs. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet within the butler's pantry. There is also a half bath for guests to use. This ground floor also offers a master bedroom (BR1) with a King bed, dresser, and closet for your beach attire, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Venture upstairs where you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared walk-through bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom (BR2) has 2 sets of bunks beds, which are Twin over full, and the third bedroom (BR3) has a queen bed, dresser, and a closet to put all your beach attire in. There is also a deck off this bedroom to sit outside and enjoy an evening Coastal Breeze. After a day at the beach or browsing around town, relax in the landscaped yard with ample seating and a grilling area for your guests. Guests will have access to one side of the garage for a small car or beach accessories. There are also games and puzzles for your downtime while on your getaway.

Great Week in Port-A

Perfect house for our family to spend 6 nights on Port-A. It was spring break, so the neighborhood was hopping. Convenient location for going to shops / restaurants or to the beach. The house had the essentials and plenty of room for the 9 of us. Big bonus was the storage in the garage, easy access to the community pool (Which was warm and great even during cooler nights). Would definitely stay here again.

The only negative is parking. Parallel in the front 2 spots and 2 very small spaces in back on a steep drive. Neighbors parked golf carts in or front spot also

Annual Family Beach Trip

This home was in a clean well kept gated subdivision. 2 minute ride by golf cart to beach and 5 minute golf cart to main part of Port Aransas. Ample 2 car parking in rear driveway and plenty out front of home. No Trailers or boats allowed. 2 pools, clean and nice. The inside is very well kept and nicely decorated. All the amenities one would need. The stair case to the bedrooms upstairs is not designed for todlers, so bring a gate to keep little ones from issues. The internet and sms on the island is unstable and slow. Cell phones work fine. Its our second year coming to Port Aransas and this home was a really nice property in a good location. Will look forward to next summer and will definitely book again.

Very nice, well equipped, beach house

The house is very pretty. Decor is just right for a beach house. We loved the place in general. It has pretty much what anyone can need on a trip. Kitchen is well equipped, we got enough towels, and even beach toys. One thing to deal with is the noise. The master bedroom sits downstairs next to the kitchen and the concert floors just contribute to sounds bouncing around. It is loud, you can hear everything that is happening upstairs and in the kitchen. There are a couple of things that can be improved. The master bedroom does not cool off and it feels warm while the rest of the house is cool. The upstairs bathroom had a broken shower door and everyone had to be careful when opening. Downstairs there is a TV but there is basically nowhere to seat to watch; there is one couch but it is sideways so not a place to sit comfortably to watch TV at night. Overall the house was clean; however, no one cleans under the furniture and beds and it is pretty dusty. All and all, we enjoyed it and would consider it when coming back.

Great location!

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Being close to the pool was a plus for the teenagers! Master bedroom downstairs was a little warm. Overall, great place to stay! Well equipped home in a great location to beach pool and town!

Beach vacation

The house was nice with colorful, coastal decor. It has a nice front porch area and side patio which had a nice breeze at night. When we got ready for bed, late at night we found that the sheets on the bunk beds had sand and hair on them, crusty stuff on the comforter. Luckily there is a washing machine and dryer however washing linens late at night was something we hadn't planned on. Other than that we found everything great. The kitchen is well equipped, and a nice big dining table. There is a half bath downstairs plus one in the master suite. I think it would have been nice if the bed in the master suite would have been a king size vs. queen still it quite comfortable and the master suite roomy. There was plenty of parking. The only other recommendation is with regards to the pool (which I understand is a community pool). The good thing was that it very close to the house, the not so good thing is the water was very murky and had a weird smell to it. Overall it's a nice and comfortable vacation home and we had an enjoyable stay.

Lovely home!

The home was decorated nicely, well designed and had a kitchen stocked with amenities. We loved the access to the garage which allowed us to store beach equipment each day. Only recommendation would be to have something to hang clothes up in the upstairs bedroom. There was no closet access so only option was to use available dresser drawer space.

Cozy and clean!

Well stocked kitchen for cooking and nice outdoor patio with grill and seating with a breeze in the evening. Very quaint gated community and close to the beach. We rented a golf cart that everyone drives all over the island and it keeps the sand out of your cars. I would stay anywhere in Village Walk it’s a super cute place.
