Lovely renovations / updating within the condo, all kitchen, bedding, paper supplies, and Beach needs accounted for, which isn't always the case. Would have preferred not to have to strip the beds, but that is not so unusual. Outstanding responsiveness from the owner. Funny aside, but much appreciated: fastest elevator at any rental or hotel at which we've ever stayed. Great location if you want a beach stay only an hour from Orlando.

The condo had very nice furnishings, beds, and kitchen items. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the pool and liked the direct access to walk on the beach. Great location where it was not too busy but easy to get to shops, restaurants and other activities.

Best Vacation Rental

This property is everything you could ask for - clean, well furnished, paper products, large selection of pots/pans, and a view to die for. Just bring your clothes and you will be all set. The pictures are accurate, Zachary the host is very attentive, and Ebb Tide is well maintained. Whether you stay a month (as we did) or just a week or two, you will have no complaints.

outstanding condo in New Smyrna

This was one of the best condo’s we have ever stayed in. Zac was a joy to deal with and he checked in on occasion to ensure everything was okay. Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay on the beach in New Smyrna, we would highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Great vacation spot

I’ve been going to NSB my whole life and the Ebb Tide has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The building is well maintained and one of the best locations on the beach. The unit specifically is wonderful. Feels very new and clean and had everything you could need. The owner Zach was extremely helpful and always available if I had a question. Highly recommend!

Great condo for a vacation at the beach!

THe view was lovely off the large balcony and the rooms had enough furniture for 2 people plus 5 guests. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels in both bathroms. TVs were great. We loved the garage with plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The pool was very nice and plenty of furniture and umbrellas and of course, the beach was the best!! The owner stayed in touch via text, which was nice, when needed, and the instructions for use of condo and amenities were easy to read and understand ..

Beach Trip

This is a very nice condo on New Smyrna Beach. Condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It’s a quiet part of the beach. It’s very relaxing to sit and watch the sun rise each morning. I highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous!!!

We loved our time at the EbbTide property. Very clean, exactly as listed. Owner was super helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We had one minor hiccup with an electrical outlet and he addressed it immediately. The property has everything you need plus lots of extras which is incredibly nice. We've stayed at a LOT of vrbo's and this one was by far one of our favorites.

Condo was perfect!

This condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was great being on the no-drive section of the beach, since we practically had the beach to ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, easy beach access, comfy bed, plenty of space in bedrooms for all our luggage & stuff. Even had shoe racks in the closet that i used. Direct ocean view. Close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Ocean paradise

Fantastic property that was fully stocked for the stay along with the bonus of having all the beach amenities. Zac is the most responsive owner that we have dealt with and provides timely checkin’s as well additional insights into events that might be happening in the area. Felt sad leaving the place and ending the dream but we will be back in the future.

The Perfect Beach Condo

Zac is amazing and and so nice! The property is just beautiful and very clean. We lacked for nothing. All you need to bring is your clothing and toiletries. Lots of bath towels and beach towels are in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom bed is super comfy. The balcony furniture is perfect. We had no need for anything in the garage, but it has beach chairs and toys galore. A+++++ property and owner!!!

A+ accommodation and awesome views

Our family spent two weeks here, and it was perfect for us in every way. In fact, we have already booked this amazing condo for 2025! Zach was very helpful, and checked in with us often. Thanks to his thoughtfulness and communication, we were able to watch a rocket launch 10 minutes after we arrived! It was fabulous!

Best NSB Spot!

We’ve been coming to this beach for over 20 years and without a doubt the best place we’ve ever stayed in New Smyrna! Zac was the most attentive host and provided precise and clear instructions/information about the condo. The unit itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The large balcony has the most amazing ocean views! New Smyrna Beach has been special to us for as long as we can remember. Both of us spent years vacationing here long before we ever met, drawn to the same things that bring guests back again and again — the relaxed pace, the beautiful no-drive beach, and the simple joy of life by the ocean.

We love the easy, laid-back beach lifestyle and created this condo as a place where guests can experience that same feeling — comfortable, uncluttered, and stress-free. Our goal is to make your stay simple and seamless, with everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience.

We take pride in maintaining the condo, paying attention to the details, and being responsive hosts. Whether it’s your first visit to New Smyrna Beach or a place you return to year after year like we do, we hope you feel right at home and leave already planning your next stay.

After years of visiting/searching for listings, I was beginning to lose hope in finding our perfect beach home. It was not until we saw the beautiful unit at Ebb Tide that we were instantly blown away, we knew this was going to be the one.

Since we were kids, it has been our dream to have a place in New Smyrna.  We grew up coming here every summer far before we ever met one another. It is great to have a place to call our own!
