So sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our condo. Besides the AC, which was fixed immediately by a local AC company, this is the first time I've heard about the other items you've listed as unacceptable. We do provide a starter kit of supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. If this was not enough for your stay, then you should have reached out to me and I could have provided additional supplies. Things like the beach chairs on the porch and beach towels are just "extras". We have a beach service that provides chairs and umbrellas so that you don't have to use the chairs from the porch. There was also a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, which held some of my additional supplies. Maybe you didn't see it. In the future, just reach out to a host about these things so they can be addressed during your stay instead of later in a review.
