We spent our annual girls' trip here and the 3 of us had a fantastic time! The condo was just perfect for our needs. The balcony was spacious with a great view. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The check in process was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. We had a great stay!

Dated. The ad said recently remodeled but that was probably at least 10 years ago. Mattress in main bedroom was old. The 14th floor foyer smelled bad when coming of the elevator, the rug was old. Mildewy. I wouldn't rent it again at that price,, as it wasn't worth it

Pros:Clean, Nice decor that feels inviting for beach vacation, Access to beach is perfect!, Views from balcony, Furniture on balcony, Location, Washer/dryer.Cons:Both full beds are absolutely horrible! Can’t open/use closet due to layout of room. Tv: can’t change channel on it, can only power off/on and change volume. We ended up not even able to use extra bedroom and was more comfortable on pull outs. Master bed: very broke in and not comfortable at all. Every pillow, including the extras in closet are very flat. Coffee table: we were scared to even move it to use pull outs in living room (due to horrible beds) and thought it was going to fall apart when picked it up. Same with side table. Living room furniture is starting to break down, but pull out beds saved us to sleep on. I did reach out to Chris and explained how horrible the beds were. I told him I felt a small discount was fair due to paying for an extra room that was not even usable due to poor beds, tv not working properly, and can’t get into closet. He said he would have new mattresses delivered. I didn’t feel that was a solution for us to spend a whole day of our vacation waiting for delivery, having to move all of our personal items, deal with hassle and then remake all the beds. I felt I was being fair to bring it to him personally instead of leaving a review. He stated he would reply that he tried to deliver new mattresses and solve issue. He also said Manager brought remote to room, no they didn’t!

Perfect Location

Condo was very nice! The view of the Gulf was just stunning. We were basically within 10 min of everything. Dunkin Donuts and Chick-fil-A were across the street. Ice cream shops and souvenir shops less than a 5 min walk. Beach set up service within sets from the condo and we even rented a kayak for a reasonable price. We would definitely come back! Thank you sharing your beautiful slice a paradise with us.

We have stayed at the Destin Towers resort for years. This was our first time in this specific condo but not our last. No problems and the condo was just as described. Communication with the manager was easy and they responded quickly.

Perfect location

The entire process was smooth from check in to check out. Communication from owner was clear and prompt. My entire family enjoyed the condo. The pool area and hot tub were clean and well taken care of as was the condo itself. We enjoyed going to many great restaurants near the condo but we were also able to prepare a few meals at the condo.. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal.. ie: pots, pans, knives, silverware etc. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony every night. We would definitely choose this property again!

This property was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was spacious and had a lot of seating. The balcony overlooked the water. It was a great ocean view. Also, the property has great security. Codes to get into the building and when returning from the beach. The one recommendation I have is to purchase washable bath mats for the bathrooms, and the washer and dryer are very old and should probably be replaced. Other than that, it was perfect and we would stay there again.

Anniversary Getaway

Our anniversary getaway was perfectly accommodated in this exceptional condo, which offered a stunning balcony view, a well-appointed kitchen ideal for preparing steamed shrimp, and convenient amenities such as a Keurig and potted coffee. The residence also featured top-notch entertainment systems and supremely comfortable beds. Notably, essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergents were plentifully provided. With merely a brief stroll to the pool and beach, closness to everything and the added benefit of private covered parking, this condo truly exceeded our expectations.

Great Location, Secure, Lovely Condo with best view

This is my 2nd time at this condo. It's clean, furniture isn't dated, the views are absolutely amazing, both from the family room and master suite. I like this building because it's not a oversized condo building, so the beach isn't overly crowded like the other buildings. Building is very secure with codes for everything. We had a small issue with our TV's and the property manager was very kind and went above and beyond to assist. Close to everything, very walkable or a quick uber will get you anywhere, if you don't have a car. Loved our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved the view, and the ease of beach access was perfect. Easy umbrella rentals, the sand was pristine, and so many things for all ages to do within 5 minutes of our location. The condo still had the "new smell" and it was so clean. Even some beach toys in tubs waiting in the closet for us. Great kitchen and plenty of room for storage. Comfort in every room.

Family beach vacation

Condo was in a great location and super clean! We loved being able to walk right onto the beach. It was also nice having chair service available. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolute gem

We loved our stay at this property. The unit was very large and had everything we needed and more. Very easy beach access at a spot that isn’t super crowded. There are gates to get into this parking lot which made me feel very safe durning our stay since I was a single adult with kids. Love love the parking space with unit number so you don’t have to fight others over a parking spot! The master bedroom is almost like it’s on little condo with all the space it has. We will definitely come back again!

Great condo on the beach

It was great stay for our family. The host was super responsive when there was a question. Everything is just as pictured. Super clean and right on the beach!! No complaints
