Accueil Spectacular Beach Side

Sur la magnifique côte du Golfe de Southwest Florida, le temps et l'eau sont toujours chaleureux. Miles de plage pour la marche et la natation. Sports nautiques abondent à proximité, y compris la voile, la pêche, parachute ascensionnel, jet ski, tandis que la plage en face de la maison est calme et paisible. Nous avons vu des dauphins et des différents types de poissons seulement yards du rivage sur le devant de la maison. Naples est une courte distance en voiture, avec des achats merveilleux et musées locaux.

La maison est juste une maison de retour de la plage, avec une vue magnifique et le golfe à seulement quelques pas. Il y a une douche extérieure pour rincer l'eau salée. La maison a une véranda couverte à l'étage principal, idéal pour manger et regarder les levers et couchers de soleil du Golfe. La maison a une véranda plus privée au large de la chambre des maîtres au deuxième étage. Il dispose de télévisions et des DVD dans le salon et le maître, et une chaîne stéréo à l'étage principal et maître.

La maison est joliment meublée. Il y a une cuisine complète avec ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle, deux salles de bains. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Serein et confortable. Restaurants et un supermarché sont à proximité. Wifi.

Great value

The location of the property is unbeatable for a quiet and laid back family vacation. The house has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen. Publix is .4 miles from the house and the island trolley stop is less than a minute. We had a small issue and property manager Rita was quick to respond. Overall, a very positive experience. We plan on coming back.

Great location

Our family really enjoyed location and the handful of steps to the beach. We saw many stingrays and a couple of dolphins. In about an hour you can drive to Captiva Island where shelling differs for enthusiasts. Beach life in April was not overcrowded even though the rentals around us were all booked. It was nice to get a front row spot without having to get up too early. It’s not a top of the line rental - it could use some updating but the listing was accurate. There were plenty of towels extra linens available. The kids loved the ring game and the adults appreciated the beach chairs.

Sunny cheerful vacation house

Two sunny weeks in this very nice vacation spot . Nicely furnished, very well equipped kitchen, abundance of linen, and short walk to lovely beach. Property manager was prompt to respond to inquiries.

Great location, just steps away from the beach!!!

The family and I had a great time. We were literally steps away from the beach. We got to see a sunset every night while enjoying a glass of wine. The home is clean and plenty of utensils. All the appliance are clean and in working order. We will definitely stay again. Rita was excellent, she is quick to answer any questions you may have.

My family had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as advertised and more. The place was beautiful and very convenient to everything. Lots of little touches that made it special. We would rent here again.

Misguided

Listing has a different address than actual address. Tried to get into wrong house at 3:00 am that was occupied by another family and property manager told me it was my fault even though the address provided to me was wrong. Listing address and picture suggests that it's waterfront but it's not. The place is not very clean and the furniture is shot. I gave the property manager an opportunity to make it right before posting the review and she was not nice or understanding. Outside of that, we made the best of it and had a great vacation. I am blessed more than I deserve and have never posted a negative review before but I had to on this one.

The confirmation had the correct address and the pictures were accurate as well as the description that stated this home is one back from the beach. The guest used a Google Map pin, which as no fault of my own and may have been inaccurate on VRBO. I have since contacted VRBO and they have moved the pin location. Needless to say, who goes by map location, the address that was sent was correct. So the guest completed their stay and then two days later started to intimidate me through emails, text messages and then a phone call. I did send him a copy of the confirmation again with the address, directed him to home page on VRBO with the pictures of the house front and back, as well as description stating the house is one back from the beach. They completed their stay, and contacted me 2 days later to try and extort some sort for refund. I contacted VRBO they moved the Google pin, regardless everything sent to them was accurate, as well as the listing detail. I have never had anyone check into a different house or try to check into another house, then the one advertised. All pictures also have a description and explanations. view, front of house, back of house, etc.... The furniture downstairs is a little worn but the view and location reflect the price. This is a great little cottage! This guest was trying to extort money, I never heard a word from them until after they departed. Furthermore, the place was a left a mess with 5 loads of laundry!!! it way exceeded our guideline, and they were not charged!! I have pictures, it had to be done off site!!! I will not rent to this guest again!

Great property with excellent location. Very well stocked, although some items can use some replacing like the pans in the kitchen. The floors could use a good cleaning. We purchased a swiffer and cleaned and mopped the floors. It can use a little more TLC.

Beautiful location on the beach, upgrades needed on cleanliness of unit and TV package.

The location on the beach is awesome; however, the unit is directly on Estero Blvd which is extremely busy and noisy. Unfortunately, when we visited, the road was also under construction so the traffic and noise was even worse. While the unit is furnished adequately, the kitchen garbage can was filthy inside and out, the outside trash bin was loaded with a million bugs and the upstairs shower, when turned on originally, released a million little ants from every crevice. The drawer liners in the bathrooms and under the kitchen sink were stained and disgusting, definitely need replaced. While I understand not having bath rugs in a beach house, the floors are cold and sandy so we went and purchased cheap rugs for the bath floors while we were there. I'm sure some nice washable bath rugs can be purchased and expected in this price of a rental. The lighting in the main living space did not work except for the fan light, which was not sufficient for playing games, puzzles or reading. We ended up purchasing a floor lamp for the week which we left in the unit. The downstairs TV has a local channel antenna. Many of the channels did not come in. Definitely recommend a cable TV package for a rental property which is expected anymore. Streaming options were nice extras. Lastly, the whole unit needed organized and decluttered. Bedding and towels were just thrown into closets and very disorganized. The kitchen, while well equipped, was very unorganized and cluttered for a rental. Lastly, the old outside furniture underneath the unit and the pile of building trash should be removed to improve the outside esthetics, not a very good first impression. The majority of other units surrounding this unit are kept up much better and decluttered underneath their houses. Hopefully this has been helpful. While people appreciate the feel of being at home in a rental as such, they also expect it to be run and organized like a rental property to feel like they are staying somewhere clean and maintained.

Hello, l can’t decide how many stars to give : location, neighbors very good. I don’t know witch cleaning services they have but if it will be mine they would be replaced immediately, they don’t do they work, dust everywhere , floors don’t know when sow a map , very need update on the beach accessories, patio furniture and in living couch it need to be replace immediately because of comfort and cleaning and we had a ants issue in the kitchen around sink , counter tops, garbage you can’t leave in overnight it needs to take out before go to bed because otherwise in the morning you’ll have full of ants. We was taking all garbage out but still ants was running around the sink and counter tops in the kitchen area. For that kind of many what we pay l expect better place except location. Otherwise all was so so. Thank you

Right on the beach, beautiful house, perfect location

My family and our 2 dogs stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks and had an amazing time. We hated to leave. The location is perfect, right on the beach. Views are amazing. The beach is dog friendly, and very clean. We saw dolphins almost every day. Location to restaurants is great, and there’s a Publix less than 10 minutes away. Beds are comfortable, and overall the house is very well equipped with anything you might need, very clean. WiFi and cable worked great for us. Will definitely be coming back, and will recommend to our family and friends.

Overall, the house is as advertised. Proximity to the beach is excellent, and the view is amazing. WiFi and cable are in need of updating. We did not have good signals. House has spacious bathrooms, nice laundry facilities, and a large master bedroom.

I’ve stayed at this house two times already and love the location!
