This holiday cottage, converted from an old 18th-century wine cellar, has been tastefully furnished with mosaic work creating a charming atmosphere. Located at the entrance to the village, in a hamlet near the owners' residence, it features a small enclosed garden, a terrace, and an above-ground wooden swimming pool (open in July and August, 0.60m deep). The cottage includes a kitchen (oven and microwave), a dining area (DVD player, Canal+ 3*), a living room, two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed that can be converted into two 80cm beds, and the other with two 90cm beds without end caps), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Heating and air conditioning are provided. There is a standard electrical outlet for a vehicle. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are available for hire, as is cleaning service. Tourist tax is extra. Hiking trails starting from Vérac can be found on the Visorando website; these are marked trails. The market is held in Saint André on Thursdays. An atmosphere carefully created by passionate owners.
