Comfortable farmhouse with amazing views

We stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. There is even an outside pizza oven. The garden has plenty of places to sit but the main central table, covered by wisteria, was where we spent a lot of time gazing out over the Umbrian landscape. At night we saw fireflies and heard owls hooting. A magical place!

Wisteria dream

We really enjoyed our stay especially with view and garden with wisteria and flowering roses on arbor. Village is cute and there is a lot of history here. It was a good central location in Umbria. The dogs really liked outside area. The house had all that you need. It was quiet. The lake was a bonus.

Everything as Promised

Great, well appointed country house. All things in listing are supplied. Beautiful, peaceful garden with stunning views. We spent a lot of time outside under the arbor enjoying the breeze and views. Great respite after whirlwind Lake Como, Dolomiti, Venice, and Florence touring. Easy drive to many Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns. Tuoro has everything you need for cooking and great restaurants for eating out. Be sure to to schedule a tour/tasting at Montemelino. This organic farm with vineyard and olive grove is a few minutes away. Sophia the sommelier is great! We had a wonderful week in the country! Highly recommend!!

Très bel emplacement pour cette vieille maison réhabilitée, au calé absolu. La route pour y arriver est pittoresque, un peu sinueuse, entre pins et oliviers. Info: dans la maison il y a un escalier entre les chambres et la salle de d’eau. La maison a beaucoup de charme, il y a une cheminée et un four à pizza. Mais le must, c’est la terrasse couverte de glycines avec une vue imprenable sur le lac! On peut y passer la journée!

Ein wunderbares gemütliches Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wie guten Betten, Heizung, Klimaanlage, einer tollen Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick und einer super Wohnküche. Das Haus ist schön und ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Wir haben es sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Ziele in Nord-Umbrien und auch Teile der Toscana sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Blick auf den See ist ein schöner Start in den Tag und ein schöner Ausklang am Abend.Eva hat uns viele Tipps im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts gegeben, vielen Dank dafür. Auch vor Ort sind viele detaillierte Tipps hinterlegt, was uns die Entscheidung für Ausflugsziele teils sehr erleichtert hat.Auch Ina vor Ort war sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Quartier für einen Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Evas Haus sehr genossen. Die große Hitze (fast jeden Tag 35 Grad Celsius und mehr) wurde durch zwei Klimaanlagen im Haus gut abgemildert. Das Haus ist hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet und von allem, Gewürzen etc., ist mindestens eine Grundausstattung vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank an unsere großzügige Gastgeberin Eva auch für die tollen Tipps zu Ausflugs-, Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Einen Nachteil hatte der Urlaub im Sommer: Die Hitze verhinderte längere Ausflüge in der herrlichen Hügellandschaft rund um das Haus. Und auch der See war trotz einer schönen und nahen Badestelle nicht mehr mit Freude zum Schwimmen zu nutzen. Stattdessen haben wir mehr von Umbrien und der Toskana gesehen.

Séjour enchanteur

Charmante vieille maison confortable, située en bout de route, dans la nature, très au calme. Jardin très agréable avec, de la terrasse, vue magnifique sur le lac Trasimene. La petite ville de Tuoro descend jusqu’au lac tout proche et les commerçants y sont très sympathiques. Endroit idéal pour explorer la Toscane et l’Ombrie. Nous reviendrons.

Idylle pur

Frau Kallinger ist es sehr gut gelungen, die Historie des Hauses mit den wichtigsten modernen Elementen zu verbinden. Man fühlt sich rundherum wohl und alles, was man braucht ist mehr als vorhanden. Gute Matratzen, Fliegengitter, Spülmaschine, gute Heizung, tolles Ambiente, gepflegtes Haus und Garten mit allem, was den Aufenthalt schön macht.

Heerlijke tijd gehad

Wat een fijn huis heeft Eva. En van alle gemakken voorzien. De foto's op de site geven een heel goed beeld van hoe het echt is. We zijn drie weken in het huis geweest. Het was erg warm in de regio. Maar wat was het fijn om helemaal in de Toscaanse/Umbiraanse sfeer te komen. Dank Eva!

Wundervoll!

Inzwischen wieder zu Hause angekommen, schwärmen wir immer wieder von diesem wunderbaren, charmanten Haus mit dem fantastischen Blick über den See! Die Ausstattung ist bestens und alles ist sehr gepflegt - sowohl innen als auch in dem großzügigen Garten. Obwohl wir abends erst sehr spät ankamen, konnten wir dank der guten und unkomplizierten Kommunikation vorab das Haus ohne Probleme beziehen. Und das Größte: unsere liebe Vermieterin Eva hat uns wegen unserer späten Ankunft Tapas, Brot und Wein besorgt. Ein besonderes Dankschön noch mal dafür! Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche!

Vögel, Wind und Schmetterlinge

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der Garten ist super gepflegt und die Gastgeberin ist einfach toll. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an daheim gefühlt. Auto ist in dieser Lage absolut Pflicht, und man sollte als Familie bedenken, dass man die Aktivitäten planen muss. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich und freuen uns,dass wir Zeit in diesem schönen Haus verbringen konnten.

Traumurlaub mit Seeblick

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Häuschen mit traumhaft schönem Garten und Blick in die umbrische Landschaft bis zum Trasimener See. Sehr wertvolle Tipps für Einkauf und Ausflüge schon im Vorfeld von unserer wunderbaren Gastgeberin Eva, die sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts all unseren Fragen und Wünschen angenommen hat. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und man kann sich vom ersten Tag an wirklich wohlfühlen. Danke für alles liebe Eva!

Prachtige omgeving

Wat een gezellige woning met een prachtig uitzicht. Woning voldoet aan alles, goede badkamer, gezellige keuken, genoeg slaapkamers. Het beste is nog wel de ligging, op een berg waardoor je een waanzinnig uitzicht hebt. Tuoro ligt heel centraal zo heb je de mogelijkheid om naar veel verschillende steden en dorpjes te gaan voor een dagje. Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Siena en Perugia zijn onze favoriete 😍 Bedankt Eva voor het fijne verblijf. 2 dingetjes die misschien beter kunnen, is de gastvrouw die ons naar het huisje bracht sprak alleen Italiaans, dat was soms een beetje lastig, gelukkig kan je contact opnemen met de eigenaresse van de woning en kom je er wel uit. En achteraf moet je nog voor het gasverbruik betalen. De verwarming bijna niet aangehad, maar je verbruikt toch wel wat ook met koken. De kosten zijn niet schokkend, maar komt er toch nog even bovenop. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij een heel fijn verblijf gehad en genoten van al het moois wat de regio te bieden heeft

Dear Debbie, thanks for your review and I am happy you liked your staying in the Nuvola. Yes the italian woman does not speak other languages, but she keeps the house perfectly. She receives guests at the exit oft the superstrada, so that they don`t have to find the house with google-maps after a long journey, guided you up to the house with her car, showed you the most important things. There is also a Manual to explain everything in english, and every time you had a question, I immediately answered. The gas ist not to pay, The counter does take only the gas for the heating in the cold month. Unfortunately it was quite cold this end of march and beginning of april – in North Italy it was snowing,! and the cost for you was 7,2 Euros a day. Have a good time Eva

Beautiful and relaxing

The house is very cosy and well equipped. It is situated in a beautiful and calm environment with a wonderful view on the Lake. Communication with Eva was good. She proposed many great ideas for visits and local shops including the local cheese that we enjoyed very much. On arrival we were met by housekeeper Cinzia who took us to the house. A great place to stay and we will visit again.

Erstklassig, Einmalig, Grandios, Wunderschön ...

Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, sind wieder zuhause angekommen und sind sehr glücklich darüber, dieses wunderbare Haus mit einer noch wunderbareren Vermieterin gefunden zu haben. Von Anfang an lief alles reibungslos. Die Kommunikation, der CheckIn und alles was darüberhinaus geht - perfekt! Es fehlt in diesem Haus an nichts, man muss nur noch den Ort genießen, alles andere ist bereits da. Alles wurde jederzeit in einer warmen und hilfsbereiten Art & Weise beantwortet. Auch Fragen und Unterstützungen die nichts mit der eigentlichen Vermietung zu tun hatten wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir danken Dir sehr Liebe Eva, freuen uns auf ein persönliches Treffen vor Ort oder in deiner Heimatstadt. Bis bald.

La Nuvola a Tuoro sul Trasimeno

La Nuvola è un posto delizioso, la casa è collocata su un'altura dalla quale si gode la vista del lago Trasimeno. La casa è confortevole e dotata di elettrodomestici e di tutto l'occorrente se si ha voglia di cucinare per cenare nel fresco del giardino. Le camere sono fresche e, particolare non trascurabile, hanno materassi molto comodi. Inoltre, per chi ha la passione della bici, la posizione della casa è comoda per raggiungere le numerose piste ciclabili. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza a La Nuvola a Tuoro sul Trasimeno

Wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen und diese liegt an der Spitze. Bis ins Detail alles da was man braucht. Von Eva dazu alle Informationen die hilfreich sind. Wenn man sieht was alles NICHT in die Wohnung kommt schätzt man die Mückengitter sehr. Die Internetverbindung ist ausreichend schnell und stabil. In der Küche macht Kochen Spaß. Leistungsfähige Heizung gegen kalte Nächte. Wunderschöner Garten mit viel Weitsicht. Falls jemand im Dunkeln anfährt achten Sie am Beginn der Steigung auf ein tiefes Schlagloch auf der rechten Seite. Gruß an die Katze.

Ganz Deutschland würde kommen

Wenn sie wüßten wie dieses wunderbare Juwel zu erreichen ist. Wir konnten es auch nur mit Hilfe einer Angestellten finden und haben uns danach dennoch ein ums andere mal verfahren. Idyll in einer tollen Umgebung, Ruhe, sternklarer Himmel, Käuzchen im Baum. Wer aber will, ist mit kurzen schnellen Schritten in Siena, Perugia, Castelone, und auch Rom ist nicht allzu weit entfernt. Und einige zauberhaftePerlen italienischer Baukunst in der Umgebung des Trasimeno. Ein Traum wurde wahr. Und es lag hauptsächlich an diesem zauberhaften Haus.

Wunderbaren Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in eine wunderbaren Lage. Tolles Blick über den Lago Trasimeno. Ideal zum abschalten. Unsere Vermieterin, Frau Canzio hat alles toll organisiert und hat sehr schnell auf unseren Anfragen reagiert. Gerne wieder.
