Not to mention, each bedroom offers a flatscreen TV to watch your own favorite shows when the stars come out.

You will have no trouble getting a taste of everything Panama City Beach has to offer on this vacation, as this location is central to all of the best attractions. You can easily spend all day at the beach, yet venturing out to Signal Hill Golf Course for a round of 18 can also be a blast mere minutes away. Condo was nice

Great except Elevators are terrible, will not come back due to them. They need a scale so when full of people it will not stop at every single floor. Can take 20 minutes just to get to your condo

The Laketown Wharf was an overall beautiful resort. It is located in a perfect area at Panama City Beach with convenient beach access.

Lovely but overcrowded

The place was very nice. Maybe avoid during spring break because there was sooo many teenagers and young adults. Beach assess was closed and blocked off due to over crowding. Elevators took a long time as well.

The MOST awful stay I’ve ever had

I can say without doubt, this was the worst vacay *air conditioning NOT working *condo was extremely dirty and unkempt *tiny roach bugs in the bathrooms and bedrooms *stinky odor throughout, especially in the kitchen *cabinet wood was falling off in the guest bathroom on the vanity *the pullout sofa bed sadly fell through the bottom of the frame when my guests went to lay on it. They had to sleep on the tile floor. So this unit did NOT sleep 8. *the wifi did not work, this was listed as an amenity. *the lakewharf staff carelessly misguided my guests into parking in an area in which they had their car towed the next day. It was $200 to get it out of the impound lot. *the elevators are horrendous. You have to wait 10-20 minutes to catch one up to your floor (we were on 15th floor). There was nothing enjoyable about this trip and seeing the look on my family members faces, I could tell they were hot and miserable. They wouldn’t tell me this themselves though because they wouldn’t want to hurt my feelings. I booked and paid for this vacation as a gift to my family. I reached out immediately to Vacasa through the help chat. I told them the situation and they said they would contact the owners and request a refund on my behalf. I contacted Vacasa again through the chat and asked for an update. I received an email shortly after and the attachment is what I received. The owners offered me $50 dollars for my air conditioning issue. $50 dollars. That’s deplorable.

Room was clean and little to no problems

The wharf was a thought experience with little elevators and staff not most cooperative. All in all still enjoyable stay.

Worst vacation of my life!!

Here is the reason for my bad experience with VACASA on the first night everything was fine but the next day when we arrived at the resort around 9:30pm the a/c was no longer working and we immediately called customer service for help, that night they gave us a claim number and that they were going to put it as a priority in the system for one of the managers to call me back and nothing ever happened, I rented it with 2 rooms because I had my parents who were already adults and my 2 girls and since then we couldn't sleep it was extremely hot and we had to open the balcony doors to let air in but I don't know if it was the best since the humidity was extremely unbearable, the third night arrived and they never called us, so I called again to customer service and the representative looked for the notes from the night before and said that my report that I made yesterday did not appear in the system, they did not classify it as "priority" but that she was going to write it down as a priority and that I was going to put a note so that a manager could talk to me again and give me compensation for that problem, to not make this so long nobody spoke and the representatives told you that they were going to call you the manager in charge but they are pure lies the reservation was for 4 days/3 nights and it was time to vacate the resort and they never called, so if you rent in Vacasa and have a problem, don't expect them to call you because they lack professionalism and integrity. Please avoid a headache and do not use VACASA!!!

Birthday Beach Getaway

Our stay in this condo was perfect. The views are amazing, location is great, and the condo is beautiful and clean. The elevators are a bit troublesome on the weekend, but they’re supposed to be upgraded in the fall. We can’t wait to stay in this condo again.

Quick visit for our Sons Beach Proposal

Loved the space this Condo had..Large washer and dryer..Convenient to the beach. Had to have patience for the Elevators. Never knew how long it could take..

Such a great stay!

We had a great time in PCB. The property was wonderful! I know there are complaints about the elevators but they were not bad. Weekends are the busiest and that was sometimes a wait but we didn't wait for over 10mins to get to our final destination. The weekend crowd was not great for our children. There was alot of "spring breakers" but thankfully they left quickly. The Condo was confortable. We will be coming back

Great place

We loved the location and the view was absolutely amazing. The floors in the condo were unclean and all our feet stayed black if barefoot. Elevator service is very slow so be prepared if it’s a busy time.

Decent room, but not as up to date as pics show

It takes forever to get an elevator ride, your better off to walk the stairs in our case it was 15 flights of them. We walked it many times.

Had great time

We loved everything about it, except the elevators were very slow. There were times that we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the elevator, also it would be nice if the pantry would be stuck up with spices, and have more garbage bags than one for whole week. Same thing with dishwasher soap, these houses are not the cheap that people have to provide there own stuff. But overall everything else was great.

Vacay 2021

It was a nice location , middle of everything and easy access. We got there in the middle of a storm and our lock code didn’t work so we had to stand outside trying to figure it out in the rain . Our internet code was wrong too which we figured that one out on our own. The elevator wait time is horrible so rein not to leave or come around check in and check out times . 15 flights of stairs is not ideal 😂😂

Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Laketown Wharf needs a few more elevators. We spent A Lot of time waiting on elevators. The code to our room didn’t work when we arrived so we stood in the sun for an hour waiting to get into our room. There were some nails sticking out of the bed in the guest room that need to be looked at. Once we got in and got settled we thoroughly enjoyed the condo.
