King bed was comfortable but beds in the other bedrooms could be improved. Mold on the ceiling in the bottom level bathroom. Location is great and plenty of room for our family of 7.

Amazing Stay

This property was fantastic! Right across from the beach, walking distance to Thomas donuts and Blu’s store. The beach itself is beautiful and more quiet. Overall, we loved our stay. Property was clean and had all we needed when we got there. It fit 12 people comfortably. Would definitely go again!

Nice condo

The condo was very spacious for the 9 of us. It only took 1 minute to walk to the beach. It's in a great area that isn't really loud or heavy traffic. I would stay again.

Family Time

Perfect time of year to vacation before it gets too hot and busy! Got my workout every day climbing the stairs!! My only concern was the pool and not being able to see through to the bottom. Overall a great experience!

The property was as described. The number of beds are a plus for multiple families with small children. I do not recommend for older adults due to all the stairs. The main living area including the kitchen is on the second level. The walk to the beach isn’t bad, there is a beach access close that you can see in the pictures and a boardwalk to the sand between the buildings.

Location was great...just a few steps to the beach! That was the only thing going for this property.House was very dirty...I had to buy a mop to clean the dirty floors!!!! I realize we were at the beach and sand is a given but this house was not cleaned very good at all! (My daughter, who was along with us, is a house cleaner for rental properties in Tennessee and she said she would not have gotten fired for leaving a property like this). When we arrived there was still cheerios/fruit loops in the floor and the area rug in the living area had not been vacuumed. Food partials was still in the sink.WIFI was not working properly and contacted the host and they walked us through rebooting router. WIFI was spotty all week but it was stormy.Worst of ALL was the BED on second floor was absolutely the worst...Plywood, 2x4's, very thin mattress and waffle pads!!!! You would think almost 2900.00 for the week would have gotten a better place then this...
