Breathtaking ocean and bay views and only steps to one of New Jersey's best beaches. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on roof top deck. It's a short walk to many restaurants and attractions. Families can enjoy many activities such as miniature golf, amusement park, arcades, water park and of course many boating and fishing activities. Come and enjoy the Long Beach Island lifestyle.


IT'S ALL ABOUT THE WATER.........
LBI is an 18 mile barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the beautiful Barnegat Bay on the other. The island is a 1/2 mile wide at it's widest and you are never far from the white sugar sand beaches or the serenity of sunsets on the bay.
IT'S ALL ABOUT FUN........
Spend your vacation relaxing on the beach or enjoying the fabulous restaurants and nightclubs. Catch a live performance at the Surflight Theater, LBI's answer to Broadway. Performances are scheduled year round. You can have fun all year on LBI. Ride bikes along our flat island roads, climb the steps to the top of Barnegat Lighthouse, shop at Bay Village or Viking village, go fishing off the bay or beach or spend a 1/2 day on a commercial fishing boat, or hang out a crab trap in the bay.
IT'S ALL ABOUT FAMILY........
Everyone loves the ocean but LBI also has some guarded bay beaches for the toddler set who are too young for big ocean waves. Learn to boogie board, surf, or kayak. Rent a boat or a wave runner. We even have kite boarding and parasailing. Collect sea glass along the beach or schedule a family beach portrait. Kids love the rides at Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Water Park. There are plenty of arcades, lots of miniature golf, and everyone's favorite- ice cream!

We enjoyed our last minute family vacation and hope to visit again in the future. Communication before and during our stay with Mike was excellent. Location was perfect and the adorable house had everything we needed. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop deck was breathtaking.

Excellent location! House was the perfect set up for our family of 5. Kids on one level and adults on another. Everything in good working condition and was a very comfortable stay. Owner is extremely responsive and accommodating for our last minute stay. Hope to visit again!

The property and location is fantastic! Only a couple houses away from the beach and is a great space for spending time with family or friends. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach—and the home had plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out and relax. One of the highlights was the generous number of beach chairs available, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. One thing to note: it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that linens and towels were not included, so we could have planned a bit better.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Late season quick getaway

This house is great and perfectly located in LBI. Since it was late in the season, it was more about the house and location than the warmth of the water and sun. Being able go up to the Widows Watch to enjoy coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening was wonderful. Taking in the sea air and sounds put a much-needed calmness to our stressful lives. We thoroughly enjoyed our four day 3 night stay. We will certainly look to rent this place again.

Perfect for Us!

We found the house to be clean, uncluttered and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a great Weber gas grill! All of the bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths made everyone comfortable. The den and rooftop deck were great bonus spaces. Wonderful location….we look forward to returning next summer!

Wonderful house and amazing location!

We were a family of 8 with 3 teenagers and house was just perfect to accommodate us all. Many levels helped everyone have their own space but large main kitchen/dining room area was perfect to have us all together for meals. Multiple decks were great for hanging out and sunbathing. Location was just a short block from the beach and house had all the beach chairs for us to use.

Nice home & location

House was very spacious & location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach & about a mile to the center of Beach Haven action. Rooftop deck was awesome for sunrise & sunset. A lot of steps in the house but for us it worked well. Parents on 3rd floor with bedroom & kitchen - 19 & 22 year old “boys” on the 2nd floor which also has a wine fridge. Garage was great for them to hang out in - can’t hear them on the 3rd floor. There were also 8 beach passes which was great! Ample parking as well. This property is in my opinion is on the pricey side which I obviously knew but there are a few things that should be noted. There were no mixing/serving bowls or platters. I had to purchase them. Knives were dull or broken and refrigerator drawers don’t close properly. Freezer door would pop ajar when you closed the refrigerator (freezer burn). There is no where to hang wet towels or clothes. No laundry line in the back and 1 towel rack per bathroom. Furniture was worn (had stains and rips). Floors & walls need some TLC. It says the house sleeps 10, which would include 2 on a pullout sofa bed. That mattress was thin and couldn’t use it. One of the best qualities of the house is the sunrise and sunset but that being said, room darkening shades would be nice in the bedrooms. It got very bright very early. They left plenty of cleaning products but only 2 rolls of paper towels and no dish towels. This may be a one- off but if I’m expected to clean, I’d like to be able to do so. As mentioned in previous reviews - the TVs. I think the only one that is a bit odd is on the 3rd floor- very small but then again, I don’t know where you would put a large one due to layout. There was also a discrepancy between the times of VRBO sent me to move in/out (2& 11) vs. the owner (3 & 10). Overall- we enjoyed our time there, the location, the rooftop deck & spaciousness were all big positives.

Great Place needs a few updates

Unit has everything you need our only suggestions would be the owner needs to: -Upgrade the TV’s in Bedrooms and Main Level -Need to replace Mattresses in both the queen bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms

Perfect Location

The family had a wonderful time, and Mike was great to work with!! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the bay. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to hangout and watch the sunset.

Great house! Clean, spacious and nice sunset view from roof deck

The house is great and I appreciated that it was clean and uncluttered. We loved the high quality beach chairs and two beech umbrellas provided in the garage. I only gave four stars because the house is quite expensive and was missing the following items: - there is no clothes line or anywhere to hang wet towels and swimsuits. This is odd for a beach house. - there were only two small wine glasses! We had a dinner for 8 people and had to use big water glasses to serve wine. - the kitchen was poorly equipped. For example, there is only a tiny glass cutting board. - the knives were super dull. This is a common problem for a beach house but for this price, I would expect sharp knives. - the TV is the living room by the kitchen is tiny. Again, for this price per week, please spend $500 and get a big TV. - Two of the chairs on the roof deck were broken and dangerous to sit in. - the roof deck could use a strong umbrella that could handle the wind. These are all minor items that would be easy to fix and then this would be a five star review.
