The apartment equipped for 5 people duplex consists, on the first level, of a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, fridge freezer, oven, microwave) and a living room with TV and terrace and a toilet.
On the first floor, it consists of the following: a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (2 places downstairs and 1 place upstairs), bathroom redone in 2024 with WC. Windows with double glazing (made in 2025).
The staircase is equipped with a safety barrier for children.
The apartment is in a secure residence with swimming pool open in summer according to decretal and governmental decisions with club house (wifi available) In addition, you have a free parking space in the residence.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the residence and it is next to a pedestrian access allowing you to reach the city center and the beach in 10 minutes walk.
Clear view in the distance on the village and the sea.
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be clean and in good condition. The renter is responsible for the cleaning of the house and can, if he wishes, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (rate communicated on request)
