The Space
This expertly designed 4-Bedroom 4-Bathroom Home can sleep 15 people with the use of a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, and a twin futon in the 3rd bedroom. Featuring a spacious private balcony overlooking Estancia Resort's pool and hot tub, as well as the basketball and pickleball courts and kids playground. Pickleball equipment, as well as a basketball, are provided for your use! The massive couch in the living room lends itself to a cozy evening in front of the fireplace while watching Blu-ray DVDs on the Smart TV or playing board games with the family. The bunk room boasts a triple-tier bunk bed with full-sized mattresses so the kids can sleep soundly or stay up playing on the PS4 or magnetic dartboard in their room! With family-friendly additions such as two port-a-cribs, a highchair, stroller, five scooters, and an abundance of kid's books and games, this condo has something for all ages. The bunk room will be perfect for both kids, and kids at heart! The spacious kitchen and dining area accommodate large groups.

Luxury Resort Amenities
Estancia Resort has a large, heated swimming pool and a hot tub big enough for the whole gang to soak your cares away! It also has 2 pickleball courts and a basketball court to keep your adventure going while you're at the resort. It also has a kids playground with swings, monkey bars and slides for the little ones. Additionally, there is an elevator to provide easy access to the condo. Across the street from the resort are popular mountain biking, hiking and ATV trails in the Green Valley area.

The adjacent dining area makes you feel like you stepped back in time with the full-wall old west mural and has seating for 17+ with the use of the game table and barstools. You can also take your meal outside to the patio with the 6 person outdoor dining table and a large BBQ grill for the grill master!

Patio/Pool
Pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own. All children must be monitored on 2nd floor balcony/patio and while near or in the pool and hot tub area. There are no lifeguards on duty, as such all children must be supervised by responsible adult at all times.
