This was an overnight stay only. The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everything necessary for a longer stay was available. We do prefer a firmer mattress, but that is a personal preference and does not reflect on the quality of this property.

Property was exactly as described and portrayed. It is truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever experienced. And we've stayed at many all over the world. We appreciated the (short) driveway to park our car, as most rentals are street parking only. The kitchen offers many supplies for cooking and food prep; we only wanted for some foil, but that's a small inconvenience. It's even set up to be a longer term stay for traveling workers if desired. Our one night stay was comfy and quiet, and we appreciated the nice neighborhood for dog walking. We hope to be back at some point in our travels south! (I only wish I knew about the side/back yard access earlier as that would've been a nice option for early a.m. dog pottying, but I'll know for future stays!)

The property was very cute and very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The bed was comfy and the location was good. The only thing for us was that there was no sidewalk to walk our little dog so we walked on the road which made him nervous but otherwise everything was great! The home made cookies that were waiting for us was such a wonderful touch. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The cottage was amazing. The host really set the standard of what a property renal should be in terms of hospitality and communication. We brought our pup and he too loved every second of his stay. 10/10 we will definitely be back!

The cottage was small, perfectly clean with everything we needed for our short stay. We as pareciste the K coffee maker with a collection of coffees.There are store and restaurants within 5 minutes, the beach is only 10 minutes away.

Wonderful stay

A perfect location for a quick getaway. The cottage is super clean and well designed to accommodate you and another person. The host was super attentive and helpful with check-in information. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Cozy Cottage

Everything about this place is wonderful. Its an ideal place for a couple. The only thing for me was the space between the sides of the bed, like I said that’s just me. I am a big guy that uses the restroom many times a night so it was a bit challenging other than that I highly recommend this comfortable and cozy cottage

Hidden gem on the Central Coast. Where lodging is always difficult and very overpriced for the quality. I was skeptical because every VRBO I’ve stayed at always has some type of issue; i.e. AC/Heater/water pressure/excessive street noise/lumpy beds etc….This location couldn’t have been more comfortable and perfect!!!! Host is amazing with little amenities that make you feel special…. My only regret was I didn’t get to spend more time enjoying it. It was an extremely busy business trip….Everytime I saw the beach equipment I kept wishing I had more time. The property actually made me feel like I was on a vacation. Cannot recommend it enough.

cozy hideaway

Stayed while attending a nearby retreat. This little cottage made me feel at home. Lots of attention paid to detail. I was very comfortable. Easy access. Comfortable bed. I didn't end up cooking much but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Definitely would stay here again when I am in the area. Great communication with owner.

Clean Cottage but a bid small

If we had got a better idea of the location we most likely would have not rented. The 104 price a day sounded good until extra expenses were added it wasn’t a deal. The cottage itself was well kept with nice touches. The Bedroom was very tight, the ‘couch’ in the living area was uncomfortable and no comfortable reading chair was available. On the plus side it’s close to the beaches

The cottage is cozy and clean. it was perfect for our trip. We had the best time make sure you get the chippers cookies they are fantastic. Our hosts were just great I would highly recommend the Cottage. We hope to visit again soon.

This was for an anniversary vacation. The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood. Vanessa provided everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean. Very close to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. I highly, highly recommend! :)
