This is our family unit. We love going to the beach and spending time in Panama City. We would love to share our place with you. Here are some of the features we have...

Note: Owner has multiple units so pictures may vary from actual unit in terms of furnishings, paint colors, etc. Amenites may differ, but floor plans, layouts and views are identical. Please be advised that our units have NOT been recently remodeled. You should not expect a new condo nor evaluate your stay with us based on such. If you desire a new building or are confused by this, please stay elsewhere. We are pleased to offer an affordable, clean, and comfortable beach stay in a family friendly condo environment.

We've been regulars to PCB for many years, and have stayed in dozens of other properties. This was by far the BEST experience We've had ! Great location, super clean unit, superb amenities, and Randy is a prince of a guy and a great host. Great communication and friendly. We would have stayed longer, if he would have had availability. We will definitely be back for years to come, going forward!!!

Super vacation

This was our second time (or third) at Pelican Walk. One of the few properties in PCB that allows trailer parking and is pet friendly. Great views from the balcony. Our host was very easy to work with.

We stay at Pelican Walk whenever we visit the beach going on three years now and we like that it's on the beach, dog friendly, clean, quiet and relaxing. We also like being where the beach is not packed with so many vacationers.

Perfect location!

The condo was just as described. The unit was clean and located in a perfect spot for my wife and I. There is plenty of room for kids as well.

Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach view was great, the pool was right outside our room so we were only feet away from the pool and walking out on the beach. Second floor condo so we were right next to the pool and beach but also had privacy and a quiet place to relax.
