Cozy and inviting couple’s retreat with decent 0.7 mile walk to center of town. Great way to avoid the tough parking downtown. We love the space & decorated finishes.

Been to Gatlinburg several times, this was by far the best place we have rented. Very quiet street, but close to everything. Massive garage is a nice touch. Big enough driveway to park my truck, trailer, and Can Am. (Large driveway and close to everything was why we picked this rental) Extremely clean, newer appliances, and numerous thought out touches. Will rent again!

Very clean place. Convenient to access GSMNP but definitely not walking distance to town. Lots of attention to decor but not quite enough to practicalities.

Hi Natalie...I'm sorry to hear that the house did not meet your expectations. Might I ask what kind of "practicalities" you expected that were not available so that we can consider for improving a guest's experience? As for walking to downtown Gatlinburg, I respect your opinion but I will tell you that we, as well as many of our guests, do walk to downtown Gatlinburg regularly. Again, I wish the house had met your expectations as it has for most of our guests. Please help us improve future experiences by providing examples of specific "practicalities".

Booked this VRBO for my son and I, to do some hiking in Smoky Mountain Natl Park. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the location was right outside the park. Very pleased with our stay.

Perfect House

This was the perfect house and location for our trip to Gatlinburg. This home is beautifully decorated and did not feel lived in as some rentals do. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here as a family or couples.
