A direct oceanfront view from your living area that leaves people speechless! A HUGE Lanai that allows you to walk out and enjoy the jaw dropping coast line & Golf Course Views. You feel like you're in your own world staying at this property. This amazing unit offers unsurpassed privacy.
You'll love having no parking lot around this property for additional quiet and serenity only found in building #5. Notable features that many guests have loved: ALL TILE THROUGHOUT! Granite Counter tops in a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances.

Air Conditioning Split Systems installed throughout unit! Located in the Living Room & Both Bedrooms! This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.

Both bathrooms have incredible walk in showers! The back bedroom is surrounded by tropical vegetation & Golf Course Views.

You can comfortably sleep 6 people total in this nearly 1200 square foot luxury condominium.
#5-103 is private, recently remodeled, very spacious, & truly special!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Talk about front row seats….just picture yourself sitting on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean waves, as well as a good spot for great stargazing. The complex has well-maintained grounds and is convenient to restaurants and K-K activities: the beach, snorkeling, shopping, and the complex offers a nice pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Because the unit Is in an end building, it was nice and quiet. Our unit was spacious as condos go, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen has everything you need, and there was thought given to amenities such as everything needed for a day at the beach, games for family game night, guidebooks, etc. as well as W/D in the unit. Communication and checkin processes were timely and information was on-point.

The host was very communicative. Renters should be aware of two things -- the lanai gets boarded up during high suff (happened twice on our stay) and this unit can be rented for 400 less via the property manager's own website. Based on those two things I would stay on a higher floor to protect my view as there is no major advantage to walking from the lanai and I would book elsewhere.

Regarding the lanai, for safety reasons the AOAO occasionally requires temporary boarding during periods of extremely high surf. While this is outside of our control, it is done to protect the building and guests. These events are weather-dependent and typically short in duration, but we completely understand how that could impact the view experience during a stay. As for pricing, we operate across multiple booking platforms, each with different fee structures and service charges set by those platforms. Rates can vary depending on where a reservation is made. We always encourage guests to book through the channel they feel most comfortable using. We appreciate your perspective and are grateful you chose to stay with us. Master looks out on the ocean, other bedroom looks out on a golf course. Quite yet convenient for groceries, shopping and restaurants. Great management team!

The place was great for a family of four to spend a week on the big island. This was our 3rd trip to Kona and this place was by far the best place we've stayed. There was plenty of kitchen stuff to make meals including spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of beach gear was provided including snorkel masks and boogie boards, and towels. My only gripe is that they provided camp chairs instead of beach chairs. The place was clean and well kept, as was the entire condo community. The complex was quiet at night (except for the sound of waves). Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the rental property had a beautiful location and view. Upon arriving we looked through everything and it appeared there were mouse droppings in the upper cupboard. The kitchen lights flickered and we reported that and mouse droppings. The droppings were removed but the lights continued to flicker for the duration of our stay even after they were supposedly fixed. My friend had difficulties with opening and closing the patio door as it stuck a lot. The beds were very comfortable and I like that bedding band towels were readily available. Loved the bathrooms; they were very nice.

Best view around

This was our 2nd stay here and we will likely return again. Close to town yet away from the crowds. A gated complex with a lovely pool area, tennis courts and of course the landscaping is gorgeous.

Beautiful condo in amazing location!

We have been to Kona many times but this was our favorite location. The condo was definitely spacious enough for our family and the end building felt private. We would highly recommend.

Great break in Kona

Wonderful property on the ocean with everything we needed while visiting. We enjoyed this property while in Kona. Appreciated everything for the beach, slept comfortably and made memories that will last us a lifetime! Property management company was available to us but honestly everything was spot on!

Listen to the ocean

We have stayed many times at the Surf and Racquet Club but never before in this unit. This condo is spotless, fully equipped, and just steps from the water. We'll be happy to stay here again.

The condo was right on the ocean, with great views and breezes. We were pleasantly surprised to find the second bedroom had 2 double beds! Property is very well kept and close to beaches and restaurants.

Great Location

The property was just as described in the listing. The host was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful view right on the ocean and the other side faces the golf course. Very spacious kitchen and living room area. Only about 3 minutes away from grocery store, made it very convenient. Only 5 minutes or less to great snorkeling Beach and magic sands Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!! Beautiful grounds

The condo had everything you could ask for. Beach towels, chairs, mats snorkel stuff. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen well stocked With dishes and appliances.. the patio/lanai was our favorite. The view is spectacular. Drank our coffee there every morning. Condo is close To a Grocery store and many restaurants. I would recommend this condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #5-103 was an excellent, well-maintained unit. Most of all Knutson had a high level of service and communication.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good overall. The floorpan of this unit, with a large common area and two separated bedrooms/bathrooms, is excellent for a couple or 4-member family. Spacious patio. Very useful that it has a washer-dryer, though you'll need a trip to the shopping center (1 mile drive) to get laundry soap.
