This small village house has been restored in the local style; it is located in the village center and close to shops. On the first floor: a living room, a kitchenette, and a separate restroom. On the first floor: one bedroom (one double bed) and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor: an open-concept bedroom (two single beds). Enclosed courtyard with patio furniture. Electric heating. This 65 m² vacation rental is ideal for village life on the banks of the Gartempe River and near hiking trails. Less than an hour away: Poitiers, the Brenne Lakes, Loches, and the châteaux of the Loire Valley. Fishing available.
