Great spot for vacation! The property is beautiful - beach front and has a nice pool and hot tub. We came for a softball tournament for Labor Day and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Such a nice place to stay. It was right next to the beach. The pool was a great and right downstairs. Owner was easy to get ahold of upon our arrival. If we come back to Myrtle Beach we plan to try to stay here again!

We booked this condo because it was affordable, right on the beach and wheelchair accessible according to VRBO. It was overall a lovely stay with just a few hiccups. Such as Our keypad for the door didn’t work when we first got there but the owner was very easy to get ahold of, there was a used tooth flosser in the master bed, and dishwasher didn’t latch. The overall layout of the condo is wheelchair accessible except for the bathroom. There is an elevator to get to the condo as well. The pool/hot tub were not wheelchair accessible but the oceanfront access was great for the beach wheelchair. Overall would boom again for the price, and location.

Great place ! Highly recommend . Right on beach , laundry room handy , stores, shops, miniature golf walking distance. Hot tub was very relaxing after a long day on beach . Everyone was very friendly. Host got right back to us when we were confused with keys . Communication was great.

Great location. Very comfortable master bed. We were only left one parking pass and a used one from previous renters. Living room tv did not work. When we arrived the smell of rotten fish was nauseating. The smell got better but was still terrible inside the fridge. Rat poison and roach traps through out the kitchen. We were offered a refund but unfortunately we travelled from 4 hours away.

I had my cleaning crew in the house immediately after you informed me of this. They could not smell anything. Saying Rat poison was anywhere in my unit is an absolute lie. Because we are in SC and near the water we do use pest control so having a deterrent for palmetto bugs is the appropriate thing to do.

Condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Loved having washer and dryer with the unit. Beach access was great!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was absolutely convenient, just few steps to the beach! The condo was spacious- it fit comfortably 3 adults and 3 children with room to spare. Stores are within 7-9 min of driving. Kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked at home. Adam was great at responding and very gracious! He allowed later check out since the next day after us wasn’t booked! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Location was fantastic. The unit is extremely outdated and run down looking on the outside but inside the unit it was updated. Couldn't use the washer the entire time as it wouldn't drain the water out. Let the host know and put it on a drain in spin. It still didnt work so I just didnt feel comfortable using it. Little things here and there like the TV in the bedroom kept flashing the sleep timer, the living room ceiling kept flaking onto the floor in one spot. The ine bedroom door had to be slammed shut to close. It poured down rain our last night and the water was coming down the wall from the window. The one shower hose doesnt work and screens were dirty and ripped on the porch. The host was good. We had trouble getting in as the keypad didnt work. We had keys instead. The dead bolt also stuck and we had trouble getting back in one we left for the beach. My husband had to wiggle the lock for us to get in with the key. We also found a few roach combat traps which im assuming is for maintenance because we never saw anything. Some pots and pans were asked with food when we went to use them so I just hand washed them. Overall for the price it was a good stay. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Great beach access, quiet. Close to everything. Just needs some maintenance and tlc as far as cleaning goes.

We were supposed to have 2 parking passes and 2 keys only got 1. Never got 2nd pass delivered. Disappointed that hot tub was broken.

Ended on a bad note

We were very excited to go to the beach as this was our first time for this year. Location was nice and the beach was fairly quiet which we enjoyed. If you open the back door there is a wonderful cross breeze. When we got there and there was an issue getting in, we were able to connect with the owner quickly. However, things ended on a bad note. Our second night there my daughter went to get something out of the fridge and was greeted by a roach. My gut told me to just go home but I had already paid for another day so I figured I’d try to stick it out. The next evening my son found another one on the kitchen counter. Shortly after I sat down on the bedroom floor only to realize I was sitting on one. It was late at night so I waited until the next morning and left. I reached out to the owner about the roaches and have not heard back. This was my first stay at any property using this app and I was severely disappointed.

Host was very quick to respond to messages. Condo was nice and clean. Condo is exactly as described. While complex is beach front, condo only has beach view which was advertised. We have been traveling to the Myrtle Beach area for 14 years and this beach got an A. Very quiet and family friendly. I think we have found the unicorn for relaxing at the beach, but being close to all the entertainment that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Loved the pool and hot tub. Also, the elevator. Parking was easy!!Only con, the building exterior walkway needs to be repaired, as there are many soft spots.

Great place!

We stayed at Adam's place for our family vacation (myself, my husband, our 3 daughters, son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren). Adam's place was very spacious and clean, pleasantly decorated, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The close proximity to the beach was a definite added bonus! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Adam's place to anyone who is looking for relaxing family getaway!
