Appartement 2 Avec Emplacement Idéal et Clim

Located in an older building between “Le Faubourg” and downtown, just a stone’s throw from the beach, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, this beautiful, fully equipped apartment is ready to welcome you for your vacation—summer or winter.

A large terrace is perfect for enjoying quality time with your family, and you’ll love the view of Fort Saint Elme and the temple.

We’ll be happy to welcome you to our family-friendly apartment and provide you with all the information you need during your stay.
Accommodation
Located in the city center, this pleasant, bright, and air-conditioned 60 m² apartment.

It consists of:
- an entryway
- a living/dining room*
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen*
- an open-concept bedroom (approx. 14 m²)* with a 160-cm bed and a walk-in closet
- a 10-m² bedroom with two 90-cm beds that can be converted into a 180-cm double bed.
- a bathroom (shower)
- and a separate toilet.

*Rooms open onto a 40m² terrace where you can enjoy your meals.

Pets are not allowed.

Additional details:

Linens are not provided. If you wish, we can provide:

- Sheets for 15€ per bed

- Bath towels (1 large, 1 small, 1 washcloth) for 10€ per person

Important: The accommodation will be clean upon your arrival; you must leave it in the same condition when you depart. If you do not wish to clean the accommodation yourself, you can choose the “cleaning” package for 60€.

Très bonne expérience dans ce logement. Lors de notre week-end, la gérante a su nous conseiller des lieux et restaurants avec satisfaction.Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce, sans aucune déconvenue. Nous recommandons !

Très bien situé et équipé

Un très bon accueil tout d'abord, avec des suggestions de restaurants très pertinentes. Un emplacement parfait juste après la sortie d'un parking (mais on n'entend absolument pas les voitures qui en sortent). On peut ainsi accéder très rapidement à notre voiture. Très bien situé pour aller à la plage ou au centre historique qui sont tous deux à deux pas. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, et bien équipé. Et bien isolé aussi. Une terrasse immense est là pour profiter du beau temps avec la famille ou les amis. Nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps ! Petit plus, en passant par Abritel, la réservation nous a coûté moins cher que sur les autres sites 😉
