Living room on the ground floor with large glass doors, wc. Private washing machine in laundry room and shared dryer. Positive energy wooden frame house located 7km from the center of Chambéry. Very quiet hamlet surrounded by nature on a family property of 20 hectares. Superb preserved setting of meadows and forests. Exposed hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very cozy.
