Un désastre !

Le propriétaire ne nous a pas ouvert les portes du logement, nous avons du rentrer chez nous à plusieurs heures de route en pleine nuit avec un enfant. Le tout sans aucune explication. Veuillez me rembourser dans les meilleurs délais je vous prie.
