Красивая квартира-студия площадью 45 м2 укомплектована современной мебелью и техникой - двухспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, раскладной диван, смарт-TV, кондиционер, большой холодильник, Wi-Fi, варочная панель, СВЧ-печь, стиральная машина-автомат, фен, гладильная доска и т.п.
Предоставляется постельное бельё и комплекты полотенец, вся необходимая посуда для приготовления и приёма пищи, фильтр для очистки проточной воды. Также большие полотенца для пляжа (в летний период)
Оборудована отдельная гардеробная.
Перед приездом гостей производится тщательная уборка, во время проживания гости должны самостоятельно поддерживать чистоту. Для этого в квартире имеются пылесос, щётка и чистящие средства.
В квартире категорически запрещено курить!
