This charming 85 m² air-conditioned house in Mougins can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:

- A 25 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms, each with king-size bed and closet space
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An 18 m² south-east-facing terrace, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, with two tables for 6 people and chairs to enjoy a meal al fresco. You'll find an awning, a small planter and a small fountain.

The house is ideally located in Mougins, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as restaurants, bars, market...

- We recommend parking on the edge of the village. Parking is a 4-minute walk from the accommodation. The town centre is entirely pedestrianised and car traffic is prohibited.

- Nice Côte d'Azur airport, 40 minutes by car
