This luxurious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom Gulf Shores condo is one of the LARGER AND MOST DESIRABLE EAST CORNER UNITS in Crystal Tower. At just over 1,200 sq. ft. it is more than 15% bigger. This larger corner condo is located away from the elevator noise and traffic and has two separate balconies and side windows for more natural light and stunning evening views. The large east-facing windows of this corner condo allow for viewing of spectacular sunrises from the comfort of the open concept living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully outfitted with granite countertops and modern stainless appliances, including a microwave, keurig, toaster, and Frozen Margarita Machine. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The front master suite is located off the living room and has a newer king bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk in closet, private bath with a double sink vanity, access to the front balcony. This 30 ft. balcony can also be accessed from the living room and has comfortable furniture for dining or drinks while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets. Down the extra wide hall, the back suite has a queen bed, armoire, and attached bath plus exclusive access to the back balcony. This 2nd balcony has chairs and an end table and offers beautiful views of Little Lagoon and sunsets in a private setting. The laundry room has a full size iron and ironing board and a newer full-size large capacity washer and dryer set. In addition, the condo has air conditioning, ceiling fans, tile floors throughout, a dehumidifier, and free Wi-Fi internet. We have made every possible improvement to provide you with the best possible vacation in hopes that it becomes your home away from home.
Complex Amenities: 2 Outdoor Pools and 2 Hot Tubs, Indoor Heated Pool, Sauna, Fitness Center, Charcoal Grilling Area, Ice Machine to purchase Ice, Air Conditioned Sky Walk-Over to Beachside Pool, Hot Tub, Sunning Deck and of course the most beautiful beach in the U.S. Crystal Tower is within walking distance to all the action at The Hangout, The Pink Pony, Beach House and many other great restaurants and bars. “No Pets Allowed” Beginning April 1, 2025, the facility will be monitored by a system that scans license plates to determine if you are a registered guest. You will be provided a code to use to register your vehicle and pay for parking upon your arrival at the complex. Acceptable forms of payment will be by card only. Cash payments will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles. Policy is strictly enforced.

One Night Stay = $20.00
Two Night Stay = $40.00
3 - 7 Night Stay = $60.00

There will be an additional $5 per night charge for stays over 7 nights during the months of April - October. Parking will be capped at $60 per stay during the winter months of November - March.
