Come and live a UNIQUE experience like a true Parisian.
Nestled in the heart of historic Paris. you visit the main monuments on foot: The Louvre, Notre Dame, the banks of the Seine.

Quickly reach the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Disney Land and Versailles.
My apartment is located in a pedestrian street in the Montorgueil district in a small 6-story building. There are only 1 or 2 apartments per floor. You will be on the 2nd floor (no elevator) overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The center of Paris is a hive. You will be amazed at the calm for sleeping compared to the activity of the neighborhood.

The apartment is typically Parisian, period parquet flooring, tiled floor tiles, ornamental fireplace, moldings and fully equipped with modern comforts: induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Italian shower.

It is composed of a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a small entrance.

LOVED OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Adorable, quiet apartment in a totally hopping area of Paris! Restaurants, markets and shops so close, and tons of main attractions were walkable. Manager was available and kind. Would 100% recommend, and would stay here again.

Quiet place to rejuvenate

After a long day exploring Paris, this apartment was a nice respite. It was away from the street and quiet and offered all of the amenities needed. The host provided excellent information fur getting around the city and helping us figure out the European washer/dryer.

Wonderful location in 1st Arrondisement

We stayed fir 3 days at this apartment in the 1st Arrondisement. It is a great location (cute shops, restaurants and more nearby) and the host is good with communicating. This apartment was too small for 4 adults, because there's just 1 bathroom and the 2nd bed is the pullout couch in the living room. It might be fine if you are traveling with young children, but for 4 adults it was too small. Lack of toilet paper and dishwasher soap was a surprise - maybe that's the custom for European vrbo properties.

Mon appartement est petit. Il fait 33m2 et est composé d’une chambre et d’un séjour avec un canapé lit comme précisé dans sa description. Nous fournissons les éléments de base comme le papier toilette pour l’arrivée et laissons le soin aux hôtes d’acheter ce dont ils ont besoin pendant leur séjour comme les pastilles de lave vaisselle.

Très bien localisé, l'appartement est représentatif de l'habitat parisien. Les draps fournis n'étaient pas secs, difficile de faire dormir notre petite-fille dedans...La sortie de l'appartement s'est mal passée, la propriétaire nous accusant d'avoir emporté les clés.

Un jeu de clés n'a pas été rendu à la sortie. Je suis navrée que Yolande n'ait pas reconnu qu'elle l'avait perdu ou emporté par mégarde. Cela peut arriver, il suffit de le dire.

Nous aimons le centre de Paris et plus précisément le quartier piéton Montorgueil qui est un village. Tout ou presque se fait à pied. Nous connaissons les bonnes adresses pour dîner, boire un verre ou trouver les bons produits : vin, fromage, épicerie fine. Nous nous déplaçons dans Paris en vélo et aimons flâner le week-end dans les jardins du Louvre..
