The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2013 and is modernly furnished. The residence is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: garden shower and barbecue facilities.

Okrug Gornji, district Mavarštica. The holiday apartment is located on an open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments DAL CIO 143 (4 people), DAL CIO 144 (6 people), and DAL CIO 227 (3 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
