Private grassy terrace. Laundry room common to the 3 gites on the 2nd floor. Possibility to unload the car in front of the house then free public parking down the street at 250 m. The owners' house with the 3 gites is located on the side of the slope, the last house at the top of the village road. The bay windows in the living room offer a beautiful view of the village, the valley and the surrounding mountains. A comfortable and bright cottage to meet up with friends, comfortably seated in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the south-facing terrace, for relaxation. In winter, a shuttle provides connections to Bessans, a village 8 km away which is also possible to reach by cross-country skiing. On the heights of the listed village of Bonneval sur Arc, the Ouille du Midi is a beautiful country house made up of 3 gites. By cutting on foot along a path between the houses, it is possible to reach the shops, restaurants and ski lifts in a few minutes.
