Welcome to "Spring" Bungalow, the ultimate getaway for those seeking a break from the monotony of everyday life. Located at 208 Cedar Street, our cozy and comfortable living space boasts a laid-back, cheerful atmosphere that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Plus, with just a short walk to Hot Springs' historic downtown district, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions. And for outdoor enthusiasts, the Northwoods Trails are a mere 0.7 miles up the road, making it the ideal location for hiking and mountain biking.

The "Spring" Bungalow is part of a newly-renovated 1950's duplex, situated next to a large, charming main house and two other bungalow rentals. It's just steps away from off-street parking, offering both privacy and convenience. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a mountain bike barn and laundry room.

Inside, the bungalow is thoughtfully designed with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The living room features a comfortable sofa, ottoman, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku and Sling TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, while the bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed.

We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow them with advanced notice and a $50 pet fee. However, only two pets are allowed at a time. Additionally, our property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, exterior security cameras, and on-demand hot water.

As our guest, you'll also have the option to add a special "Surprise & Delight" romance package to your stay, as well as a personal shopper upon request.

Pets are allowed with advanced notice and requires a $50 pet fee for extra cleaning. No more than two pets are allowed at any one time. Please do not wash your pet in the sink or tub and do not use bath towels to wipe your pet, we will provide towels that can be used. Be sure to leash your pet when outside as we have a leash law and pick up any waste from the yard. We have provided waste bags for your use, if we have to pick it up it will be an additional $25 fee.

Walkable to both the national park and downtown, great location! We appreciated the laundry access and how dog-friendly it was. We drove a big truck so parking was a little tricky when everyone else was around, but there was plenty of parking on street and a lot next door. We had a wonderful stay, the hosts truly thought of everything and we felt at home. Thanks for a great trip!

This was a perfect location to serve as home base while we explored the Hot Springs area. We really appreciated having a pet-friendly location so close to downtown. The owner communicated quickly and was very helpful.

Location is great for walking ro downtown or getting on trails. Jeannie was very responsive, a great communicator.We didnt have a pet, but the blankets smelled a little "doggy". The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment with no doors, a bit odd but it worked ok for 2. Overall a clean, functional space.

Duplex had everything you needed. Parking was small and hard to maneuver with a truck along with sharing parking with the other duplexes. Was a short walk to downtown and to the trail heads.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The bungalow was very cozy with everything we could need! Within walking distance of all of the downtown fun it is the perfect spot for a weekend in Hot Springs!!!

Great stay!

I loved that they allowed our fur baby to come with no strings attached like most properties. We were able to park our truck and not move it because we were in within walking distance to everything. We did have a couple hiccups which was not the owners fault but they still helped. Highly recommend stay.

Hot Springs is a great place for a weekend getaway or even a week, we spent our first anniversary there an had a great weekend! The locals are great and our hosts couldn’t have been nicer!

Great small getaway spot!

House was clean and had great amenities. Super close to the shops and national park bath houses (I could walk there, but the weather was cold). Not the host’s fault, but the walls/windows are thin and you can hear the people next door and the cars outside. But it’s not a super busy road so the traffic wasn’t bad!

Nice Getaway

We had a great time at the property. It is in the perfect location and only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the downtown strip. The owners were super responsive. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft! My only callout would be if you like to cook keep it easy and minimal. The kitchen is pretty small and there aren't many amenities/dishes from a kitchen standpoint, but who cares....just eat your way through this fun town! We would definitely stay again!
