"In the village of Stara Mokosica is located this beautiful semi-detached house that is ideal for two or three families. This villa gets a very special charm from its rock gardens, with numerous flowers and plants, which extend from the terrace to the swimming pool. The house consists of a large living room and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. At your disposal are several balconies with views of the sea. While you enjoy your family dinner on the covered terrace, the children can swim in the swimming pool and then sunbathe on the deck chairs.

By the pool is available a summer kitchen with a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The promenade by the river Ombla is ideal for morning or evening jogging or cycling, also near the house there are marked hiking trails. The owners are at your disposal and are ready to arrange dinners with local specialties as well as provide you with information about excursion destinations. Dubrovnik is a few minutes away by car, from the nearby bus stop there is also a bus every 10-15 minutes to the old town of Dubrovnik. Visit the world famous old town of Dubrovnik."

Family getaway

Fantastic place to stay for group of friends or families. Villa well laid out to spend together or own space. Outside kitchen not used but pool absolutely essential and kept the children very happy. We also used the kayaks out on the inlet most days We booked this villa thinking it had full air conditioning, however several rooms only had portable fans. Although these helped it was still uncomfortable at night time

Fantastic Villa in nearby Dubrovnik suburb

The Villa was lovely and the back yard with a pool was perfect for our family of 10 for a warm week in July. The en-suite bedrooms with A/C were very comfortable. The hosts were so helpful with all our questions- the location was right near a bus line to get to downtown with no transfers which was a nice change being in a suburb at the end of our journey. They welcomed us to the property and were always available to answer questions, make restaurant reservations or how to find grocery store near by. They have lots of connections for wonderful island tours that they can set up. Thee property even had pet turtles which our grand daughters loved feeding.

Charme dalmate

Emplacement de rêve et équipements à foison, dans cette très grande maison où tout le monde est indépendant et dispose de sa douche. Les bateaux peuvent venir vous chercher devant la maison pour visiter les îles et Dubrovnik est accessible en 20 minutes par le bus 1A qui passe deux rues au dessus de la maison. Notre hôte, Mato est aussi charmant que prévenant !

Un séjour parfait dans un lieu idéal pour découvrir les environs de Dubrovnik. L’accueil de Mato, propriétaire et voisin, est généreux autant Que sa maison est confortable. Chaque chambre, Dispose de son cabinet de toilette, et certainement des petits balcons donnant sur le bras de mer. Les bateaux pour les excursions peuvent venir vous chercher directement sur le petit quai en face de la maison et un bus amène directement à la vieille ville en 20 minutes. On apprend vite à trouver de bons produits, à proximité et A profité de la piscine et du jardin. La région est riche en patrimoine historique et naturel. Une adresse de premier choix.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Views!

As a three family stay we thoroughly enjoy our time here. The house is immaculate with everything you need for a home from home stay. The pool and external areas are perfect and maintained to the highest standard. The children loved the pool and the kayaks were on site to use. We also enjoyed the bikes provided. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again.

Mooie villa in Dubrovnik

Heel mooi verblijf, bij aankomst niet zo geweldig ontvangen . De huurder heeft ons binnen gelaten en niet veel uitgelegd. Ik raad het niet aan om met vrienden te doen aangezien je muisstil moet zijn na 22u. (Wat vooral door de buren komt , die klagen) . Ook buiten praten na 10u gaat niet hierdoor. Voor de rest is het aan te raden als je voor de rust komt. Er is een goede verbinding naar het centrum. En winkels op wandelafstand. Er is een mini beach op 10 meter en je kan 2 kayaks gebruiken voor op de rivier te gaan.
