Amenities include a fireplace and large Smart TVs in the living room and game room with living area, Pool Table, Theatre room with six recliners, Sauna, Mountain Views from nearly every window, a private hot tub, a deck, and a patio with views of the Wasatch Mountains, Jacuzzi Tub in the Primary Bathroom, Modern Kitchen and Decor, state of the art appliances.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a breakfast nook with seating for eight and a separate dining area for eight, and stunning views of the mountains, offering an ideal setting for memorable meals against the backdrop of nature's beauty. Each of the six bedrooms is a tranquil retreat, from the master suite with its king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom to the bunk room designed for kids, complete with a twin bunk in a fortress, all providing plush bedding and serene views. Step outside onto the expansive deck, where the natural beauty unfolds. Here, you can bask in the breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains, providing a serene backdrop for morning coffees or evening reflections. The patio also features a grill, perfect for hosting barbecues and cooking delicious meals al fresco.

The first living room serves as the heart of our home, where guests are greeted by soaring ceilings and vast windows that frame the mesmerizing views of the surrounding mountains. This space is designed for comfort and communal gatherings, featuring plush seating arranged around a cozy fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for conversation, relaxation, or enjoying entertainment on the large Smart TV. The game room and spacious second living room offer another room to watch movies or play pool, designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. It's equipped with a large Smart TV and a second fireplace. Then we also have a Theatre room with Apple TV and six recliners making it perfect for movie nights and family evenings at home. A door near the pool table leads directly to the patio, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors. Or relax in the private hot tub and soak your cares away. This sauna provides an additional retreat within the home, allowing for flexibility in entertainment and relaxation options, ensuring all guests find their perfect spot to unwind.

Additional amenities include a full complement of linens, towels (beach towels included), toiletries, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property boasts ample parking and two single-car garages. It is ideally situated for exploring nearby ski resorts, reservoirs, and golf courses, with easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Bedroom three is a versatile space divided into two distinct areas for comfort and convenience. One section hosts a queen bed, complete with ample closet space for storage. The adjoining area features two twin beds and the luxury of an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and ease for all occupants.

The upper bunk is designed to resemble a cozy fort or treehouse, making it a thrilling sleeping space. Below, the lower bunk houses a spacious queen-sized bed, perfect for restful slumber.
