Individual rents large wooden cabin (80m2 Carrez law) on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (2 doubles including 1 on the Mezzanine, 1 twin and 1 triple) and large living room 30 m2. South-west facing, not overlooked, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Located 900 m from the ski slopes in a family ski resort: Alpe du Grand Serre (38) 40 km from Grenoble. Large lot 900 m2. Free outside Car park.
Furnished rental (new equipped kitchen (2023), TV, Radio, Small appliances, etc.) by the week only, during school holidays (1200€ at Christmas, 1300€ in February and 1100€ at Easter and July/August) or low season (900€). Charges (EDF, Water) in reality in addition. Capacity 9 people.
Pets not allowed. Non-smokers only
Rough rental conditions with security deposit and excess for dammage and cleaning.
