Niederndorf, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on an open garden plot with a meadow. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge, located directly on the Inntal cycle path. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property. Covered parking available on request.

There are many leisure activities available directly at the farm: Year-round pony riding, barbecue facilities, play opportunities for your little ones, and the chance to admire and observe the many farm residents. Every year in July and August, Erler Festival (convenient location for visiting, only 1.5 km away). In winter: Ski lift 1500 m in Oberaudorf. Ski area 4 km in Walchsee Durchholzen (Zahmer Kaiser). Cross-country trail in the vicinity 100 m. Ski region Wilder Kaiser with ski lift in Scheffau 20 km. This ski area offers you 91 cable cars and ski lifts and over 250 kilometres of slopes, 120 km of which are snow-covered. A free ski bus takes you from mid-December to the end of the carnival season to the Zahmer Kaiser - Durchholzen near Walchsee, 4 km away.
