Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool via back screened-in-porch (with ceiling fan and table/chairs) and adjoining patio.

Comfortably sleeps 6 with king main and queen beds other 2 bedrooms. Roll-away cot provided for an additional person. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (with handicap assist rail), walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and 50-inch flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops and provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

Great property, great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we were looking for and the location was great. Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was very smooth. Definitely recommend and we will look to stay here again in the future!

Great spacious condo!

Great trip.

As before we had a great time We love staying there. It is easy to get to places and Nina and Dave are very easy to communicate with. I hope we can arrange another trip sometime soon.

Relaxing stay

Great vacation rental

Dave’s place was amazing. The property, location and all the amenities were spot on. We loved the pool area and great location to the beaches. Dave was super easy to communicate with. We highly recommend stay here!!
