Great Villa near beach

Wonderfull place to stay. Surprised how great the snorkeling was from the quiet beach section of Grace Bay beach. Would rent it again.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful and just as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for two couples traveling together, and I would definitely recommend. The location is in a great spot and it was easy to check in/out. The beach is a short walk away, but you can also get to basically anywhere on the island within 15-20 minutes.

George was at the property when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. We loved this property! Very private, everything you need and very clean.it was just a short walk to the beach. We didn’t spend much time at that beach as there are so many other beautiful ones nearby. The beach access near the property is a bit of a hill, but still doable. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Definitely needed a car though. The property manager was great and answered any questions we had very fast. I highly recommend this villa!

Nice home close to the beach. Property manager was excellent and very communicative. Beach was uncrowded, but had quite a bit of seaweed and some trash in the water and on the beach. Other island beaches were much cleaner and nicer. Great supermarket nearby. Island restaurants were very good but VERY crowded and expensive.

Lovely!

Villa Solis is extremely clean- modern- and comfortable for a 2 week stay. We really enjoyed our private sanctuary and felt completely at home and comfortable. George- our liason manager was extremely helpful and responsive. In short- we would recommend Villa Solis to anyone heading to Turks and Caicos.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful

As advertised. Right in the middle of the Grace Bay area. The house was great, own private beach,. great snorkeling and beach hang out. Close to local bars, restaurants and beaches. We rented a van and it was easy to get around. 6 adults with own suites and the outdoor showers were awesome. Maria our greeter was knowledgeable and helpful. If we revisit TCI we will definitely re-book with Claudius' team. Cheers the Briard family 2022
