5 stars doesn’t do it justice! The Grandview is without a doubt the best kept secret on Grace Bay Beach. I own a hospitality management company, so we have some specific criteria when booking a place for our family. The Grandview and Therese and her team checked all the boxes and more!The location is A in the middle of all the action, yet you have a sense of seclusion away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Never a fight for pool or beach chairs and all the other family’s we met staying in the building were wonderful. Therese and Jing were excellent throughout the entire process. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed and more. If you are looking for a place with plenty of room for the family, the best location on Grace Bay, and top tier hosts, you can go ahead and book this place!

What a fantastic stay even though we had Hurricane Erin. This condo is top notch and absolutely everything is there—all stocked—more so than any other rental we’ve stayed at. We had 5 adults and a toddler, and the ease of getting outside, pool, hot tub, beach were A. Can’t wait to stay here again if we come back to Turks and Caicos. Hope it’s available. Would NOT change one thing. Perfection at its best.

Just Relax

We were looking for a place where we could just relax..and we found it. This place had everything. Clean, comfortable, pool, fantastic beach and perfect weather. The condo had everything we could ask for and more. Great place to stay.

Home away from home in paradise!

Absolutely the best VRBO we've ever stayed in! Everything from the initial communication from the owner and property manager giving us tips for our stay in advance, to the property manager greeting us upon arrival, location, location, LOCATION! Just gorgeous and 30 seconds to the pool then Grace Bay beach. We ate out a few times in the area, but also loved having the wonderful kitchen, well stocked with everything you need to make the simplest meals to fancier dinners. We BBQ'd two of the nights, just can't say enough about how great this place was.

Family Vacation

My husband, daughter and I went to Turks and Caicos for family vacation and picked the perfect place to stay. The condo was beautiful! We loved that the beach was steps away and that the beach was never crowed. The house manager was very helpful and kind. We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic, highly recommend

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) enjoyed a relaxing 6 night stay. The condo is as described and the pictures are accurate. Well cared for, clean, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and only a few quick steps from the pool and ocean. Highlights included, beach chairs/umbrella reserved for building occupant use, being picked up on the beach for our snorkeling trip, fireworks on the beach, friendly beach attendant, convenient location. Would stay here again!

Wonderful time in Grace Bay

This was a fabulous property and location. It is much nicer than photos and photos were great. Well maintained and every thing you needed was supplied. Location on ground level was a plus. Simply walk out to pool, hot tub and beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas always available and clean. Very safe and quite a gem. We hope to return again. Nice restaurants and great spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner in walking distance. Private gated building and parking.

Our favorite place

Our stay was perfect. Everything was made easy. The unit and the grounds are beautiful. We were able to walk to restaurants, which we enjoyed. We felt very safe, and we will definitely be back!

Very nice !

This is the second time we have stated the Grandview. First time in this unit. Very convenient to just walk out to the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and equipped. It is a convection stove so I did not have experience working on that, but figured it out. The refrigerator has its own filter so it was nice that we didn't have to work with water bottles, etc. plenty of towels and good communication.. Very enjoyable stay! Love the Granview propert . The grounds are well cared for and the beach chairs and umbrellas were always plentiful.!

Vacay on Grace Beach

Clean and spacious condo with every amenity right in front of beautiful Grace Bay beach. Property is small but lovely with a nice pool area and gardens. Food is surprisingly expensive in this area, but that goes with the territory….A most enjoyable beach holiday - highly recommended.

Beautiful property

Perfect property for us. We like small, quiet locations. Jing was so helpful when we arrived. Being able to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout was wonderful as our flight was late afternoon. Everything was clean and nice. We loved the location.

A true gem on Grace Bay!

Everything about this property was wonderful! It was so clean and well cared for. We rented a car for the week which made it easy to get groceries and be able to cook most of our meals from home. The kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the ease of the walkout on the main level to the pool/jacuzzi/beach, especially with kids. Even from the main level we could still see the stunning blue ocean water. We appreciated the screened in patio to avoid bugs at dawn and dusk. The beachside umbrellas and chairs were fabulous to enjoy and there were always plenty of them available. We felt this location was nice and quiet and perfect what we were looking for with our family of four!

Wow! What a place!

My husband and I are our 19 and 16 year old kids stayed. Beautiful place. The view is amazing. Steps from the beach. The community is clean and quiet. The pool and the hot tub were never crowded. The beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Owner was very responsive to questions! Highly recommend

Fabulous relaxing vacation

Met Jing at the home. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. The home was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We walked steps to one of the most beautiful beaches. Would love to return for a longer visit. Cannot say enough about this property, location and Jing!

Beautiful Grace Bay

AMAZING! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. It is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, everything we needed in the kitchen, great beach towels, awesome master bathroom, well maintained pool and hot tub, and just steps to the MOST BEAUTIFUL beach. The host was quick to reply to my questions before and during our stay. Such a wonderful property! Exceeded our expectations.

Paradise

We had an incredible stay at Therese’s condo in Grace Bay! The condo and the location surpassed our expectations. The condo was modern and beautifully decorated with more than enough room for my family of five. We had access to a gorgeous stretch of beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool which was just steps away. Restaurants and shopping were close by, as well. We would absolutely choose to stay at Therese’s again!

We landed on Providenciales about 20 years ago in a small private plane on our way to St. Marten. We stopped for lunch after about 8 yours of flying in the small plane took one look at the amazing beach and scenery and cancelled our St. Marten accommodations! We've been coming back ever since with our family of five from Michigan. We have always dreamed of owing property on the island but life just kept getting in the way until now!

We stayed this past Christmas at The Grandview after visiting this island over the last 20 years. We loved the location and quiet complex with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It is our favorite part of the beach, wider and more private than further along Grace Bay. The complex has everything we enjoy in a beach vacation and the island has wonderful access to great diving/snorkeling/kite surfing. The restaurants are fabulous and the locals are warm and friendly!

The proximity to the exclusive Grace Bay Club is an added bonus. The resort is spectacular at night with torch lit bars and restaurants, cozy niches to sit and star gaze next to a blazing fire pit with an after dinner cocktail. We are within walking distance to at least a dozen fine restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk to Graceway IGA for groceries. Shops are within 10 minutes walking and more further down at Salt Mill Plaza within 20 minute walk.
