La Maison Janisse

This house, located 5 minutes walk from the town hall, is ideal for a visit to Limoges and the surrounding area, close to the city centre and quiet.
A personalised welcome in this house, recently renovated and tastefully decorated, combining old materials and modern decoration, will be reserved for you.
A garden and its terrace at the back of the house, without vis-à-vis, surrounded by stone walls, will allow you to enjoy summer evenings.
The house, spread over 3 floors, is composed of:
• on the ground floor: a living room - dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and toilet
• the second floor serves 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 160x200 bed and the 3rd one is 140x190
• The top floor leads to a bedroom of more than 20 m² equipped with a 160x200 bed

The ground floor is composed of a large entrance.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, fridge and extractor.

Late check-out will be charged €10 per hour started.

Tout était parfait.Le logement est idéalement situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites sans jamais prendre notre véhicule et profité de la maison pour nous relaxer en fin de journée.

Een prachtig groot huis met ruime kamers. Echt zoals het er op de foto’s uitziet. Alles was netjes en schoon. We hebben 3 nachten hier gelogeerd dus hebben ook goed gebruik gemaakt van de tuin en de keuken. De auto konden we direct voor de deur parkeren. Het contact met de eigenaren was heel prettig. Met ongeveer een kwartier lopen ben je in de stad met leuke winkels en restaurants. Andere bezienswaardigheden zijn iets verder wandelen. De grote supermarkt is op 5 minuten rijden met de auto. En kleine supermarkt (voor de broodjes voor het ontbijt) op 10 minuten loopafstand.
