This was our second year at the property, and we had a great time. Super convenient to tennis/pickleball and everything else was easy enough to get to. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach cart made trips to the ocean so convenient, and the pickleball courts and tennis center were just a short walk away.

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with family. It was clean, great amenities and the property manager was always super responsive.

Wonderful stay!

We had another great stay in Bethany. The condo is updated, very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The tram lines are very convenient to the house making it easy to get to the beach. It’s also wonderful being so close to the tennis center. Looking forward to being back again next summer!

Another great stay!

This is our third year at this property. The furniture and deck upgrades were lovely and the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when our son left his favorite stuffed animal behind. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

The unit was clean, beds were very comfortable and we liked not having to bring our own linens and towels. It was very convenient to have a beach cart and chairs available to use from the shed. The window treatments provide good darkness for sleeping. The one major issue we had was a broken clothes dryer so we had to hang our washed clothes on porch to dry. Also, previous tenants did not clean the grill grate and fat drip tray which we did. The hall bathroom is designed for small children with very low sink and the shower is a bit tricky to activate hot water but is was all workable and sufficient for us.

Quiet neighborhood and clean house! Location was perfect for catching the tram, fishing, and enjoying the pool! Close to the boardwalk and other attractions! Great please to stay!

Great Stay at Bethany

It was very clean, quiet, and the location was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I had access to multiple indoor/outdoor pools and activity areas that were within a 10 minute-ish walk. I definitely come again.

We have been coming to Sea Colony for 12 years and this is by far our favorite rental we have stayed in there—and one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had, period! It was very clean, has been updated and was very thoughtfully well stocked with paper products, pantry staples, personal hygiene supplies, etc. We will definitely return!

Sea Colony Visit

We had a great week at Sea Colony. The space and location were perfect for our family of 4. It’s rare to find a home with a bbq in Sea Colony and we were so happy to have the electric grill on the balcony. We’d definitely stay again
