Former miller's house, ideal for hosting families and groups of up to 10/12 people.
Numerous trails and bike paths are nearby, Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away, and beaches are 1 hour away. Fully equipped (terrace, outdoor lounge, games, etc.).
Annex reception room can accommodate 25 to 30 people.
Barbecue available.
Near Petit Lay (trails, fishing), La Vouraye lakes (hiking and mountain biking trails), and Angle Guignard (leisure center) is 15 minutes away.
On enclosed grounds of 4,000 m², tents and camper vans can be accommodated.
Numerous tourist attractions nearby (Les Essarts, Tiffauges, Puy du Fou, La Chabotterie, Fontenay-le-Comte, La Venise Verte, etc.).
