Family Vacation

Highly Recommend

Our family had a great stay over Christmas this year. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the equipment to cook our meals which is really nice for a rental house! The host was very responsive to any messages and was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this house and we would definitely come back here and stay again!!

Nashville families trip

House is spacious. We had three families, kids ranging from 1-21. Nice yard and place to play basketball!! House was clean. Front porch was nice to sit on in the morning and back porch was nice in the evening. Highly recommend for large group. Host was always available for questions. Traffic in Mount Juliet is no joke. Takes about 30 minutes to get to Nashville.

Fantastic family gathering spot

A wedding in the area gave us all an excuse to visit the Nashville area. The home was even better than expected! Our host was very accessible and helpful. So many great spaces to enjoy time together, the kitchen is a great gathering space, front and back porches and the game/movie room allow for lots of options. Would definitely return to spend more time exploring the area, lots to see and do!

Nashville vacay

This home is spacious, beautiful and family friendly. The hosts described the house and amenities clearly and accurately, and were very responsive to all our questions. Our very large family group was comfortable and felt right at home. There was ample entertainment for everyone, easy access to some of Nashville’s best attractions, and a great kitchen.

Absolutely Amazing!!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our stay. The house has plenty of space for our large group of adults. The beds were so comfortable. It was only a short 26mn drive to Broadway. Convenient location to plenty of shopping and dining in Mt Juliet. The only request/suggestion would be to add mirrors in some of the bedrooms. If we make a trip back to Nashville soon, I hope we have the chance to stay here again!

Porch Time

We stayed here for a wedding. Perfect space to gather with a large kitchen, two fantastic porches and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Scott was a great host— we had a problem using the entry system and the internet for the whole area went down but he kindly stayed in touch- thanks Scott for a nice stay and troubleshooting it all! If you want space but to hang with loved ones, this is your place.

Awesome Rental

Property manager was responsive, house was clean and cozy and it is a perfect getaway house for a large group. About 30 mins from city makes for a nice scenic drive.

A very nice experience

They need to do a deeper cleaning before the entrance of the guests, under the beds and armchairs there was a lot of dust that had been there for a long time, other than that, everything was really excellent, the property is very well equipped, and our host Scott is the Best we've had to this day.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

Stayed over Thanksgiving. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. Nearby stores and restaurants as well as grocery. Owner very responsive to questions. 9 of us stayed with bedrooms to spare. Would recommend more towels. Washer and dryer worked well though. Short drive to Broadway.
