This 28m² property, located on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, less than 600 meters from the lake and the cycle path, and just 15 minutes by car from Annecy and 30 minutes by bike the along the lake, this apartment is ideal for a quiet rest.



There you will find local shops and restaurants.

Located 50 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and 1 hour 15 minutes from the resorts of Méribel and Courchevel, the location is ideal for hikes in summer and a day of skiing in winter.

Hikes are available in Duingt, suitable for adults and children, you can discover a pleasant rural atmosphere during the day and discover the city of Annecy in the evening.

You can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains and enjoy the sunset and sunrise.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically

- Sheets and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, so between each traveler cleaning and beds are made.



Cleaning and linen rental are two obligatory extras:

Upon your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds which has not been communicated to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.
