Nouveau à la location ! Situé au cœur d’Annecy, à deux pas du lac, de l'esplanade du Pâquier et des commerces. Un appartement spacieux, lumineux et atypique, qui a été refait à neuf et décoré avec élégance, dans le quartier historique du vieil Annecy.

Appartement traversant exposé Nord/Sud, de 100 m² (80 m² loi Carrez), au 4ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur.
L'appartement La Maôve de Savoie a été repensé et refait à neuf avec des matériaux haut de gamme. Il est équipé pour accueillir 5 personnes. Grand confort et décoration soignée réalisée par une décoratrice d’intérieur.

L’appartement a été conçu pour convenir aussi bien à un séjour touristique qu’à un déplacement professionnel. Les deux grandes chambres sont équipées de bureaux et avec toutes les connectiques réseaux et électriques pour travailler dans d’excellentes conditions et au calme.

L’appartement se présente sur deux niveaux :
** Premier niveau :
• Entrée sur séjour avec canapé, fauteuil, télévision écran plat 80 cm, chaine Hi-Fi, connexion WIFI. Depuis le salon, vous pourrez admirer la vue sur le Château.
• Cuisine très bien équipée, table pour 6 personnes
• Salle d'eau : douche 140x90, deux vasques, rangement, sèche-serviette, sèche-cheveux
• WC indépendant – buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge
• La chambre 1 : lit double 160x200, literie de 2021, avec armoire et bureau, fenêtres. Vous pourrez admirer la vue sur la rue piétonne du Pâquier.
** Deuxième niveau - un escalier en bois dessert la mezzanine semi-ouverte où se situent les deux autres chambres en partie mansardées :
• La chambre 2 : lit double 160x200, literie de 2021, avec armoire et bureau, vélux.
• La chambre 3 : petite chambre, lit simple 120x200, literie de 2021, avec rangement, vélux.

Les chambres bénéficient de la lumière de fenêtres et vélux qui peuvent être occultés.
Linges de lit, de salle de bain et torchons fournis. Les lits seront faits pour votre arrivée.

Flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et de départ sur demande.

PARKING : les parkings sont référencés sur le site de la ville d'Annecy.
Le plus proche de l’appartement est le parking Bonlieu : 693 places réparties entre une partie extérieure (hauteur max 2,40m) et une partie souterraine (hauteur max 1,90m).
Possibilité de forfaits de 2, 3 ou 5 jours.

Located in the heart of the old town. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms. Great for a family. Only drawback is the 4 flight of stairs. But it keeps you in great shape while dining in wonderful restaurants.

Danish family with twins age 18, travelling off season.Nice and neat appartment with the most central placement you can imagine - close to shops, restaurants, the lake and river.Parking close by where you can book for 3 or 5 days and drive in and out as you please. There is also charching for electric cars. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Remark the one of the bedrooms is open to the living room, but it worked fine.We went there in March and the heating was good.As written in the description, the stairs to the 4th floor is fine, but not suitable for people with disabilities.Stephanie et Jean-Pierre has been very friendly and easy to communicate with in English. The check in procedure and the manual has been smooth and easy.We highly recommend the flat to other adults or families with children that are not too small.

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the beautiful old city, close to great restaurants, and bakeries. It’s an easy walk to the lake/swimming which the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend renting a bike for a ride around the whole lake and discovering other swimming spots.

Great Location/Great Apartment

My wife and I stayed with our 2 boys. Visiting from the USA. The apartment is very nice and was just as described. It is located in old Annecy and is walkable to the train station. Literally in the heart of all the best restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

the apartment is located in the middle of the old town, close to the lake. It is a great place for vacation but also great if you need to work. Quiet place, nice rooms, and they have everything you need there. Highly recommended.

The place is fantastic. However having to carry your luggage up the long flight of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Other than that this place is perfect location and unbelievably charming!

Wonderful Stay

We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay.

Beautiful Apartment in Old City

Located on the 4th floor this modern apartment has everything you need for a luxurious stay. The location is excellent with restaurants, weekend markets and all the key tourist attractions in easy walking distance. Highly recommended apartment. Wonderful hosts.

STAY HERE!

There were 4 adults and a busy baby in our group. It was so nice to have the baby bed and high chair. And plenty of space for us adults to spread out. We loved the location, too! Great restaurants and dessert shops in the street below, quick walk to beautiful views (and many parks for the baby to play), and a short distance from the city center. If we were to visit Annecy again, we would absolutely stay here!!

Brilliant location and lovely apartment

Absolutely superb place with all you need for a stay. Apartment was clean and spacious, with good facilities for self catering and greatly situated for Annecy town and the lake. The only negative would be (our fault for not checking) we would have preferred Air Conditioning as it’s summer - especially as there is some noise from the streets at weekends if you leave the windows open for air! Would love to come and stay again - can’t give a higher recommendation than this.
