Indulge in the island lifestyle and make this large bayside condo your getaway when visiting Orcas Island. Come relish the resort life with a gorgeous view of Cascade Bay. The living area has a full kitchen, dining table, a welcoming fireplace, and an expansive bath. Flanked on either side are spacious bedrooms each with a private bath and the whole unit boasts three balconies facing Cascade Bay and daily visits from the island deer. While relaxing in this wonderful setting, watch for soaring bald eagles, deer, rabbits, or more than 250 species of birds that can be seen here throughout the year.

You can also drive or bike to the observation tower at the top of Mount Constitution, the islands’ highest point, for spectacular views of the Salish Sea and Mount Baker. A short 12-minute drive to Eastsound Village and you can take your time to stroll through town, enjoy Eastsound Waterfront Park, or check out the local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and artists’ galleries while enjoying the laid-back pace of this small island town.

Just steps from the front door is a trailhead to Cascade Lake and Moran State Park.

I booked this rental for an end-of-year retreat to get away from the city, and it was absolutely worth it! The lakefront views were incredible. The sound of the waterfall nearby was extremely soothing at night. The entire space was much spacious than we expected, and we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful large very clean condo with view of the lake, three decks, great furniture, great hot showers with good water pressure. Loved how close condo was to the trail up to Cascade Lake, a very scenic hike! Also liked how close it was to Rosario Marina, and within fast drive to Mt Constitution.

The property was really clean. I would give it 5 stars, but there were just some little things (different color can lights), and minor details, but overall it was a nice little space. Tons of towels which were great. I would stay here again.

Clean and a lovely location

About 12 minutes from town and 5 minutes from Moran state park, this condo sits just up the hill from the Rosario resort. The condo has a lovely view of the trees and ocean. I really liked how clean it was and that there was plenty of room for everyone. Also, the towels and bedding were high quality, which is so important. Overall a really nice experience.

If you are looking for a quiet place with a great view and a comfortable, clean, spacious place for a family. this is it. We enjoyed the proximity to the rosaries resort bay; we took the whale watch cruise, which was great (@Deer Harbor ). Also, the coffee in the convenience shop is the best. The only con - no washing/dry machine in the condo, only in the resort itself.

This property is in a well wooded area of the Rosario resort with nice views of east sound. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. We had three couples in the unit so two couples had their own bedroom and bath while the third couple used the pull out bed in the living room. Because there where three full bathrooms, even the couple using the pull out had their own bathroom. The property was well supplied with all necessary cooking and serving utensils. Short on wine glasses and no facial tissue.

Unique Unfortunate Experience

First, I think future guests will really enjoy their stay here. The place is more spacious than expected, located in a great area, was clean (minus issue below), and we really enjoyed the large hot tub. My family had a uniquely rough experience because of a one-off issue. On arrival we had to clean up ~30 large flies in our main bedroom. Worse, we'd wait just 2-3 hours to find 20-30 more had accumulated. This happened our entire trip and led to us having to chase out flies and clean up our whole trip, or close off a room we needed to sleep in. To the manager's credit, they stayed in touch with us on the issue and fixed it as soon as we left. We were also credited back our service fees on the stay. In total, the issue impacted our trip, mood, and scared the kids a bit, but hopefully won't impact future guests.

Great views and location

Location was great, property very dated. Clean enough but pots and pans were dirty. No washer/dryer, no access to resort amenities- no day passes either. Management was awful to work with. I tried to cancel due to family emergency and they were difficult to reach. I kept getting same generic reply and it was hard to reach live person. When I finally did, she was very nice, but unable to offer any help. I will never book a VRBO managed by Vacasa again. Orcas Island is wonderful. Would stay at Rosario Resort, but not at residences.

Boat trip

The home is managed by va casa when we arrived the home was dirty that is my only reason for the 4 star on cleanliness after one phone call the manager sent a cleaning person at 6 pm and did a excellent job of cleaning
