Our Beautiful Non-Smoking Lakefront Home with all the amenities of a home in one of the most Popular fishing Destinations in Calcasieu Parish. We are right near the Calcasieu point Landing where boat launching takes place. The view from anywhere on the Property is amazing. You can enjoy the outdoors or just put your feet up and relax in this very spacious house. If fishing is what you Love, this home has a Private Doc from which many fish have been caught. Types of fish typically caught redfish, specks, flounder, black drum, catfish and Many more. You can also crab or fish right in the back yard. Experience Relaxation on the spacious covered Decks. Our Lake house is a great location for canoeing or Kayaking. Also you will only be about a 12 minute drive from the Casinos.
Come relax and Live on "reel" time in this one of a kind Lake house. Fully furnished and Fully equipped Kitchen with all utensils and tableware needed to make your stay comfortable and complete. This is perfect for outdoor hanging out, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset or sunrise from the front or back covered deck.
This Lakehouse has an open floor plan from which you can take in the sunsets from many areas in the house. You can also watch the barges passing through, at Night time the barges are lit up and it is just breath taking and peaceful to watch. There is no need to go any further, this is definitely the Spot you want to Experience.
Underneath the house is a Entertaining area with spacious seating and sink area. Perfect for Crawfish boil, Crab Boil, Grilling or outdoor Cooking.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Water is Supplied by Water Well
*Beds Sleep 6, but you have access to a air mattress in the Living Room if there is more people (Air Mattress is made to remain plugged in once in use. It will add more air as needed as long as its plugged in.)
*TV entertainment consist of over the air antenna and also Amazon Prime and Netflix
*Renters do not have access to the Boathouse Lift or Slip
*There are Security Cameras located on the outside of the property
( No Cameras Located on inside)

Our Family Love the outdoors with fishing, crabbing, Boating, Canoeing and other outdoor events. We Absolutely Love our Lake house. We are never ready to leave. This area is absolutely a different type of Experience, Peace and Relaxation. When we come here we have crab boil, fish fry, Grilling and Lots of Enjoyment. Watching the Barges pass is just breath taking. We would Love for you to have this same Experience and Make fun Family Memories..

The View is absolutely breath taking. The Fishing and Crabbing is definitely the perfect spot. You Do not have to Leave to go find a fishing area all of that is here in one spot. The Sunrise and Sunset you must experience. The relaxation is like no other. Fishing and Crabbing can either be done in the back or front yard. You are not far from casinos, Shopping Mall, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Grocery Stores Etc, you are roughly maybe 10 minutes away.
